(Malaysiakini) - Ketua Polis Negara Tan Sri Musa Hassan akan menfailkan saman terhadap Ketua Umum PKR, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim kerana didakwa memanipulasikan maklumat yang boleh mencemarkan reputasinya sebagai Ketua Polis Negara.

"Saya akan memfailkan saman terhadap dia (Anwar) melalui peguam saya, Kamarul Hishamaad dan Hasnol Rezua.
    
"Itu adalah hak saya sama ada nak saman dia (Anwar) atau tidak," katanya ketika dihubungi Bernama hari ini.
    
Musa berkata demikian ketika diminta mengulas laporan sebuah akhbar tempatan berbahasa Cina yang memetik 'sumber' bahawa Musa memberi kata dua kepada Anwar sama ada beliau memohon maaf dalam tempoh 40 jam atau berdepan dengan saman berjumlah RM5 juta.
    
Menurut laporan akhbar itu lagi, Musa turut menyerahkan surat peguam bertarikh 11 Julai 2008 yang menafikan beliau telah menyebabkan kecederaan pada mata Anwar ketika beliau menjadi pegawai penyiasat dakwaan kes liwat Anwar pada tahun 1998.
        
Ditanya sama ada beliau ada menerima jawapan permohonan maaf secara lisan atau bertulis dari Anwar, beliau berkata: "Saya tidak menerima apa-apa maklumat dari peguam saya berhubung perkara ini."
    
Musa berkata segala hal-hal berkaitan kes berkenaan telah diserahkan kepada peguamnya.
    
Pada 1 Julai lalu, Anwar membuat laporan polis di Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen Selangor berhubung dakwaan pemalsuan keterangan membabitkan serangan ke atas beliau oleh bekas ketua polis negara Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor ketika berada dalam tahanan polis, 10 tahun lalu.
   
Laporan polis itu turut mengaitkan Musa, yang ketika itu pegawai penyiasat kes terbabit, dan Peguam Negara Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail yang pada masa itu Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Kanan.

His ultimatum expired yesterday. Go ahead IGP, I support your action. In fact, I also think Najib, Rosmah and AG should do the same. On the other hand, I doubt it, I doubt it very much. Cakap aje, I think.

By the way, how is that all the Immigration directors suddenly got caught ah? How is that the Immigration records can be traced easily now?

dang... if one can get 5 millions so easily, why would want accept apology in verbal or in written. i would forget the apology, and go saman from the first day.. 5 millions man, how can i wait until now?

Don't talk so much.. if u dare, just saman and get the 5 millions if u really can. bloody show off and misuse of media and power.

This "mattress-faced" IGP does not know that the public have no trust and confidence in him to head our police force. I suggest he resign and set up a shop selling mattresses and pillows. I mean, he is good at delivering mattresses on time to his customer.

Maybe sleepy head PM could officiate the opening ceremony of his shop.

You don't open too many battle fronts in a war as you don't have the manpower and logistics to handle it .
You also never underestimate your enemy .

Anwar is already opening too many battle fronts ie all the various issue plus this one .
Anwar has already underestimate his enemies , in this case he didn't expect Tan Sri Musa to summon him ledally.
Next I won't be surprised if Tan Sri Gani Patail follows suit by also issuing him with a legal suit .

You don't fight a war like this , I wonder who is his strategist ????

This is better than watching a war movie on DVD , lets sit back and watch the show as it unfolds .

Salam semua. saya nie adalah bekas tentera yg tak pernah percaya pd kepada semua polis d negara nie. apa apa hal saya ambil tindakan sendiri dan hak saya untuk buat begitu. bunuh pun saya sanggup jika nyawa saya terancam.sukacita saya nyatakan disini, jika tentera makan rasuah maka negara tergadai, tapi bapak bapak anjing yg berada dibawah kerajaan Wak Dollah nie semuanya haprak.

I hope this 'saman' is a legal summons, and not a police saman as the latter would be an abuse of authority. If the musa feels that he is being libelled or slandered, then sue Anwar in court but NEVER abuse your position of authority. Remember, the Anwar went to jail on the allegation that he abuse his powers. If the IGP does the same, we must bring to him the same justice.

WE NEED A 'FRANK SERPICO' IN THE POLICE FORCE! SURELY THERE MUST BE AT LEAST ONE? SAVE OUR NATION!

Ya fireduck its a legal summons thru his peguam Kamarul Hishamaad dan Hasnol Rezua. . Not a polis summons .
