Hard-headed fools... keras kepala. Buang masa jer saya undi PAS!!!!!!

Instead of going forward, they're putting pressure on the Ruler, and moving backward instead. Tidak menghormati Raja; tidak menghormati rakyat BERBILANG kaum. Hanya mementingkan keperluan sendiri.

I've had ENOUGH. I will NEVER EVER vote for another narrow-minded PAS in the next election.

Sudah lah! One's belief is one's choice. So if you feel strongly some thing or event will make you sin, you just stay away or advise your people to stay away. Don't make such petty matter an issue. If you feel the matter is a big issue, you convince yourself and don't impose or infringe on other fellow human beings. I do not know whether to cry or laugh, Rakyat gave PR a mandate, so work for the Rakyat. If PAS is against the event, just restrict your members (if you can) do not involve anybody else especially the Sultan. The more you talk the more damage you make. There are bigger issues to tackle for the nation, consult Nik Aziz or CM of Perak or any decent person but yourself.

I agree that for PAS to voice out their opinion is democratic but to expect others to accept is undemocratic. PAS members wshould opt not to attend the show if they feel that it is against their believe but expecting or forcing others to believe is rather absurd. This will mean to say that if PAS forms the government, every rakyat has to follow what PAS believes in. Another ethnic political party in the making although I thought they are beginning to change. Maybe PAS thought that since they have support from the non Malays noe, they are trying to learn and rule by the sword. I tend to believe that with the kind of mentality the young turks have, the support from the non Malays has started eroding from the day they bring this issue up. Just to bad when the are just beginning to be accepted by the non Malays some young punks in politics spoilt the soup. I am just beginning to think whether our PAS boss statements still stands when he mentioned "He is the only one who can make statements on behalf of PAS" which I saw on Youtube after the elections. If that is so, I would expect him to come up with a statement soon. Goodluck PAS on your political future.

Keep Religion and Race out of Malaysian Politics, you have many other more important issues that require you to use that mandate from the rakyat wisely. Get moving on those now.

I believe there are more than meets the eyes. Is it possible some "undercovers" within PAS Youth or some "corrupted elements promised with 7 virgins" in attempt to sabotaging PR government.

Who is behind all this? Your guess is as good as mine. smilies/wink.gif

let them protest all they want, that's the spirit of freedom of expression. but like the Sultan says, to protest and make such a big hu-hah over such a trivial matter only reflects on the narrow mindedness and the lack of tolerance on the psyche of those youths who adopt a holier-than-thou attitude. looks like one step forward and two steps backward for pas this time round. instead of going to the ground to protest, let's see if they have the energy to also go to the ground to help out the actual drug addicts, prostitutes, mat rempits, etc.. and turn society around for the better???

Well , i have a strong feeling that UMNO is behind this. It could be UMNO's undercover saboteur guys who joined Pemuda Pas and create problems to tarnish the name of Pemuda PAS and PAS itself. Probably they are trying their best to steer PAS to have misunderstandings with rakyats, royalties, DAP and PKR. Its
advisable for PAS is to screen all their members to find any UMNO undercover saboteur existing in the party. DAP and PKR must help PAS to look into this matter very seriously , otherwise face the consequences of misunderstandings and parties to breakup in the PR govn.

I have never voted for PAS and was always wary of their ideology. However, this time, RPK had written numerous times that PAS cannot amend the constitution because they do not have a 2/3 majority and we should vote against BN, whether that party is PAS, DAP or PKR.

Now, I suppose we can still maintain that PAS on their own cannot amend the constitution and make this country of ours into an Islamic state. However, they appear to have taken their good showing as an endorsement of their ideology. So, even though we may be secure in that we are not going to become an Islamic state anytime soon, why do we need to put up with their rhetorics? And for challenging our sultan, they should be thrown out of the Selangor state govt coalition. Unfortunately, Tan Sri Khalid is strangely silent on this.

Cheers.

From the quote given by kritz it seems someone must have died and made these two-bit provacateurs god.

1. Islam stand against trangressors - but where in the Quran said anything about songs promoting any particular theme - including those sexual in nature ?

2. Performance should not invite lust - Where did the Quran said one must sing or dress or dance decently ? The Quran was verse you(Kritz) refered to was referring to Nabi's wives as they had a standard to uphold. By all means follow Nabi's wife moderate conduct but why do you have to project such a moral standard on others ?

3. Singing should not mix with drinks and with men and women - where in the Quran said that ?

4. Excessiveness in everything is PROHIBITED - PROHIBITED ? Was it an advice or was it a prohibition ? Don't create unnecessary prohibition where there is none.

tahun).

b) Pendapatan Abang Nor >< RM1500.00, pada ketika ini bini 3, anak 18 orang.

c) Kalau ikut perkiraan purata, jika jadi kahwin 4, tambah 6 orang anak lagi,

orang anak termasuk perbelanjaan beliau?

e) Sedar tak sedar atas alasan Poligami Abang Nor akan mengujudkan generasi
baru penagih, pengedar, perompak, mat/minah rempit, mat/minah

To chiongguo!
All scholars have unanimous view on the prohibition of all forms of singing and music that incites debauchery, indecency, or sin. As for musical instruments, given the weakness of the evidence indicating that they are forbidden, the rule to be applied here is the one states that all things are originally deemed permissible as long as there is no Shari`ah text that prohibits them.

Singing is no more than melodious words; if these are good, singing is considered good; but if they are bad, such singing is deemed bad. Talk that contains forbidden content is prohibited. What if that talk is accompanied with rhythm and melody?
