(Harakah) - Penasihat Parti KeADILan Rakyat (KeADILan), Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim, berkata beliau akan bertanding bagi kerusi Parlimen 'dengan segera' sebaik-baik sahaja kelayakan beliau untuk berbuat demikian disahkan pihak berkuasa.

"Jika saya sudah benarbenar pasti tentang kelayakan saya, saya akan memilih untuk berbuat demikian seberapa segera,' kata beliau semasa diwawancara oleh Bloomberg Television semalam yang dipetik oleh KLpos.

Anwar berkata beliau belum lagi menerima pengesahan rasmi bahawa beliau layak memegang jawatan awam selepas menjalani hukuman penjara atas tuduhan rasuah yang hingga kini dinafikan beliau.

Anwar, 60, berulang kali mendakwa bahawa pakatan tiga parti pembangkangnya telah mendapat 30 anggota parti campuran Barisan Nasional (BN) pimpinan Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Dato' Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, yang telah belot dan menyertai pakatan pembangkang untuk membolehkan beliau mengambil alih kuasa.

Beliau juga berkata beliau akan berbincang dengan rakan-rakannya mengenai siapakah yang akan menjadi Timbalan Perdana Menterinya dalam pentadbiran yang bakal beliau pimpin.

"Isunya sekarang ialah untuk memastikan adanya peralihan kuasa yang licin, menurut peruntukan perlembagaan," kata Anwar.

KeADILan yang dipimpin beliau, DAP dan PAS menguasai lima daripada 13 negeri di Malaysia dalam pilihan raya umum 8 Mac lalu - prestasi terbaik pembangkang sejak Malaysia merdeka daripada Britain pada 1957.

What's taking the AG so long to decide on DSAI's eligibility to stand for election? Do we all smell a dead rat here? There is a great possibility they are scheming something, to make sure DSAI will not be able to become an MP. Why should they want to speed up the process? It would be suicidal to allow DSAI to become an MP and then PM. Just think of the stakes at risk. As a new PM DSAI will want to speedily clean up the mess at Palace of Justice Putrajaya. Once this mess is cleaned, he will start bringing to court (which has to be clean and seen to be clean) those 18 VVIPs whom Rais Yatim had once said to be involved in high profie corruption case. I have no confidence that PakLah will pursue these cases. They will be swept under the carpet, as unearthing them could spell disaster for the BN govt. It would be suicidal!

So, DSAI, the rakyat are getting restless over the delay. Isn't there something that can be done? I urge PakLah to be fair to the rakyat who had supported the PR in the las election. Give them back their leader. Fight him fairly on a level playing field. Let him enter parliament and fight for the cause of all the rakyat--not just the supporters of PR or PKR.

Pete, Haris Ibrahim, Din Merican and Abang Hisham I know you all don't have the magic wand, but can someone please enlighten the missing puzzle here? What's up with Mr. Patil that seems to be guiding post for Tuan Anwar Ibrahim not to move on steadfast with his agenda? PR Legal Eagles, please advise.

Can the BR engage the PR legal eagles to cite the AG for Deliberate Gross Dereliction of Duty with elements of mala fide ??? If not, why not ?

If he can't generate a simple letter which he doesn't even need to type, what the heck is he up to ? We should do the same thing that we did for YM RPK.

The only difference is, this time around, besides contributing a bit for the fund to finance that class action, a committee representing all of us may have to be consignee as the plaintiff in that suit.
