Please go strictly by income revenues, and not racial divide. This is the reason Malaysia elected PR. NOT to play the stupid games of UMNO. Keep it up. The poor are in dire need of this aid.

The next step is to educate them so that they can fend for themselves, and not feed of the Government anymore. Do Malaysia proud, when she can announce that there are no more poor citizens.

It is a very good move by PR. However this must be carried out in an orderly and fair manner. Let's see what the BN ADUN can give to the people in their constituencies.

More excellent work by Selangor's PR government in helping the less privileged. At least they are walking their talk and moving ahead to improve the people's lot. Syabas! Keep up the good work and put those BN goons to shame!

GREAT EFFORT and take the lead to help the SICK, POVERTY and OLD! They just need food on their table and don't deserve to be hungry due to their social/financial status. That is part of the government's responsibilities, not buying luxurious planes, commissions and CORRUPTIONS as in the Federal Government. A Big Slap to the BN!

I must laud your good intention but, only as an interim measure. Please come up with a plausible plan/program to actually lift these people out of poverty. Only then will the problem be solved. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Programs that helps the poor should also include family planning.

The country and the world population is exploding, we have reached and possibly surpassed the point where the available land and resources can no longer support the population without serious damage to the planet. The result will be a fagile environment that brings widespread death and famine whenever the planet throws us a curved ball, like tornados and earthquakes.

Lets not turns our country into an African state.

This is truly meaningful aid to those who really need them. PR gomen should also organise collection of other everyday items thrown away by wealthier citizens to be redistributed to needy people. Furniture, clothing, blankets, books, toys, computers etc can make a difference to the hardcore poor in PR states. Setting up large community stores like those by the Salvation Army will boost charity in PR states. Please give it a go. Look to Australia for a good example.

Pakatan needs to be careful. The Chief in Pakatan is so used to the UMNO style of bagi bagi and now we have beras for free.

The secret is not in the bagi bagi but how to cari cari and create wealth. There must be opportunites for all. That way nobody has to depend on somebody to make a living!

But...but... if the improvished and poor are there GIVE!.
Give properly.
Must have accountability

but, don't do same what BN been doing all this while. Not to forget there are some of your supporters in BN area and yet this will show to the public how sincere you r to help the poor doesn't matter who they support.
