Call him a maverick, but let him do his job PDF Print

But that is exactly what you guys in the BN and some old nuts in DAP are doing.....throwing tantrums like spoilt brats, who do not know where they left their marbles last.

ZORRO SALUTES THESE TWO. Everytime something out of the ordinary occurs, our prophets of doom swoop down with their gratuitous store of damning archaic, medieval remedies and proclamations.... and oten unsolicited at that.

Guan Eng is a maverick, and most mavericks succeed at what they set out to do. Mavericks do ordinary things in an extraordinary way. They try to shine what is bland, status quo and you get their detractors condemn them as "dreamers". Management gurus have always said that VISION WITHOUT ACTION IS JUST A DREAM. But Guan Eng is putting that vision into action and much against the normal way of doing things.....he CHOSE the best man for the job. You choose the best tutor for your kids, whether he he is black, blue, brown or purple. He is standing by his decisions, despite all the sour-grape snides. He is willing to be proven wrong and he is willing to take the rap. If you do not take the first step from A, chances are you will never reach B. My 88 year old mum told me that ages ago. He is doing ordinary things, DIFFERENTLY. What's wrong with that?

Dear All,

It seems that most of the readers missed the fear in the BN leadership - DAP said that it will continue to invite BN leaders

This statement and further invitations by DAP (PR coalition) - that is why the big hooh haah - after all Koh Tsu Koon himself is not invited means he is a big "snake" also !!!
Remember, KTK himself was the former PDC and Invest Penanag "taikor", so naturally, if DAP loci prevails, he should also be invited - maybe he is SORE that he did not get the invitation, hahhaa ....... maybe Lim Keng Yaik also SORE .....

The fear and threat here to BN is that DAP (PR) is politicians are good and which are bad - and BN top leaders cannot allow that !!! the perception in the rakyat's mind about the BN politicians ????

Think about it from this angle, dear readers ....

"Doing the ORDINARY things, DIFFERENTLY is called CHANGE."

The people voted for CHANGE and Change is what they get.

Resident of Penang should be proud to have LIM GUAN ENG.
Within a short period of time he have made radical changes and have stood his ground. i envy the people of Penang.

I am proud of the steps taken by Lim Guan Eng to ensure those with credibilit regardless of political affiliation is given an opportunity to serve the rakyat.
BN must remember, ultimately serving rakyat should be the highest priority, not BN SPIRIT aka BN HANTU!
This overused phrase "Against BN Spirit" is going to drag you people further down.
New era of politics is here, you have credibility ,you are accepted, live with it!

Shame on BN for talking so much of BN spirit. BTW,what does BN spirit stand for?

Corruption, incompetence, discrimination, racialistic, ................?

Just wonder if BN leaders know themselves or the people's perception of them.

I bet that if there is a re-election now, PR will win hands down.

Carry on PR.

I agree. To run a country you need the best to do the job for a simple reason that is Malaysia as whole country will gain and the people may prosper and live in harmony. UMNO and BN ruled with ass holes that are imcompetent and uneducated as long the are members of the UMNO they will be given. So what you have is people (jokers) having power and the first thing they do is organize jamuan after jamuan for no apparent reason. Than they will see how to enrich themselves and their own kind. damn I curse all of u.

The rots of the goons are there to continue while they see a good governance being shaped out, they(goons) are envy of good match, marriages of not convenience but more promising for a workable relationship, sincere, truthful and diligent that is aferall, more accountable to the Rakyat. That is what really matters. The tree is dead wood, stop praying.

Move on with what needs to be done. We say "BRAVO" to YB LGL and others that are inside and outside(ex) coming together for Malaysia as a Progressive Nation!

Cheers!

I read somewhere which said something like this : " Do you want to soar in the sky with the eagle or 'yak' together with the turkeys on the earth" ?

Moral of the story : How many eagles do you see in the sky each time and how many turkeys do you see yaking away on earth?

LGE and LKC you are both trying to be like the eagles in the sky and you will be the silent minority, keep soaring in the sky because that is the place which ordinary turkeys do not want to go . Remain there because perhaps that is where you belong. Turkeys will remain turkeys and they will want eagles to be like them or become turkeys !

I believe it is no fun to be a turkey. Perhaps I would like to be an eagle someday too , that is if I am still considered a turkey today.!

If the BN is to be consistent, why not ask all civil servants who are members of BN component parties also to resign?

Yang Berkhidmat, Lim Guan Eng,

Well done! You have demonstrated that there is no barrier if one is determined to pursue meritocracy and excellence. Any apparent barrier is usually self-imposed.

Let the BN old hens cackle. Go forward and bring Penang back to its former glory as the Pearl of the Orient.

Imagine going to a theater to watch a play.

Scene: Its during medeival times. All characters are in costumes, the backdrop is one of castles and dungeons. The props are authentic medeival replicas, all made of wood and iron, the buckets the women carry are made of leather.

Suddenly, the backdrop changes to one of the solar system, constellations and space ships travelling at warped speed. The actors though, unawares, carry on with their act. The audience begin to fidget and start looking at each other, wondering, is this some unconventional play? the aliens have landed help cure the plague? Is the guy in the spacesuit in the backdrop actually a knight in disguise. Then the audience realise what is happening. Its the second play of a double feature. Sadly, the actors still don't know.

This is the situation with the Goons Party (BN). They are unaware that the scene, politically speaking in this case, has changed. They think the audience are still watching their medeival play. Now its a comedy and what makes its funnier is that its unintended. The Goons are carrying on as if they still run this country with unquestionable power. They think that everyone still believes what is written in MSM. They wanna blog, Ha! they can't take the heat.

The boos are starting, ooops! why has the curtain fallen?

Malaysia cannot afford to have 50% of the population being disallowed to take up important positions on account of political beliefs.

The BN is acting as if he has joined a terrorist group!
We should seriously rethink the NS camps if this is how BN leaders think.

The problem facing BN today is that they are very much afraid that the people would reject them for good as the PR is doing a very good transparent job in the states they govern with changes in such a short span of time since taking over the state govts which the BN state Govt DID NOT perform during their tenure in power for 50 years.

god bless
