(Harakah) - Polis mula mengambil tindakan terhadap penganjur Perhimpunan Black 14 yang diadakan di Kelab Sultan Sulaiman, Kampung baru malam tadi.

Menurut Koordinator Media Parti KeADILan Rakyat, Ginie Lim, pihak polis menghantar notis kepada Presiden KeADILan, Datin Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Naib Presiden, Mohamed Azmin Ali dan Pengerusi Perhubungan KeADILan Selangor, Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.

Menurutnya, Azmin Ali sudah dibawa polis untuk siasatan di Balai Polis Dang Wangi, manakala polis dilaporkan sedang menghantar notis yang sama kepada Wan Azizah dan Khalid pagi ini.

Mereka berdua dipercayai dikehendaki hadir atau akan dibawa ke balai yang sama untuk siasatan.

Di sebalik kawalan ketat polis, perhimpunan malam tadi berlangsung dengan aman tanpa sebarang kejadian yang tidak diingini.

Tindakan polis ini dibuat berikutan kejayaan besar KeADILan menghimpunkan lebih 20 ribu rakyat untuk meraikan tarikh pembebasan Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim yang berakhir semalam.

Dengan pembebasan ini bermakna Anwar yang juga pemimpin utama Pakatan Rakyat boleh bertanding dalam pilihan raya kecil pada bila-bila masa kekosongan berlaku.

Sementara itu berikutan notis polis kepada tiga pemimpin utamanya, KeADILan akan mengadakan sidang akhbar tergemparnya di pejabat Anwar di Seksyen 14 Petaling Jaya jam 11 pagi hari ini.

Sidang akhbar tersebut akan dikendalikan oleh Timbalan Presiden, Dr Syed Husin Ali.

The world needs to see this injustice and one-sided law. Can someone please alert CNN and the other world media networks? I wonder if the UMNO assemblies and protest ever applied for polis permits or were there ever any polis action taken to disperse them when they held assemblies and protests? This is clearly polis harassment.

When PR takes over the Govt, they should clean out the Polis of bad cops.

The BN administration musy make sure that the conduct of the police is consistent. Was their any action by the police when UMNO samsengs held a rowdy demonstration against LGE in Penang right in the middle of the city disrupting traffic and causing much inconvenience to the people. Those UMNO samsend did not have a permit and did not even have the courtesy to inform the police about it.

Whereas, the Black 14 was a gathering to celebrate in peace and joy by members of PKR and their supporters.

The way the police handle all these cannot help the BN govtbut would only marginalise more malaysians against the bn govt and that is very clear because Malaysians loathe injustice and unfair treatment by the authority.

Malaysians call upon the authority to deal with the people fairly and if you cannot do that, then just go get **** by the dogs.

Umno's gathering in other states tak dapat notice?..why the double standard?. Truly our police force is a shamble for they don't know their priority. Important cases like KLIA robbery, cheating cases of high profile umno members and many other relevant police duty is ignored but a peaceful gathering of celebration is considered againts their law...Time to change the ones on top of this establishment. I am not surprised when our police are also referred to as 'Idiots'. When will they gain our respect ?

Polis UMNO in tak adail betul.

Bila orang bukan BN berhimpum - kena minta permit (mana dia orong akan bagi permit kalau kita minta?).

Tapi orong UMNO boleh buat protest---tak payah permit pula tu. Juga tak ada apa apa tindakan, macam di Pulau Pinang, bila UMNO buat protest. Malah 'PM selalu tidur' itu pula bagi LGE jangan cabar hak-hak ornng melayu (indirectlyhe endorsed the protest).

KERAJAAN KITA TIDAK ADIL.

Mulai sekarang semua rakyat boleh mengunakan perkataan 'Monyet,monkeys, beruk, kera, ape, gorilla, orong utan & etc' terhadap mana mana ahli polotic UMNO & BN dengan sesuka hati.

Ini adalah kerana EC CHAIRMONKEY Rashid Abdul Rahman dalam lapuran akhbar The Star HARI INI menyatakan pihak pembakang & juga secara umumnya rakyat M'sia yg tidak menyokong BN adalah 'monkeys'.

Kalau polis adil- ambilah tindakan. Kalau tidak semua rakyat lain kali boleh mengunakan bahasa tersebut.

No matter what we say and complain,the polis wont change a bit.
As the bn government is "protecting" the polis and vice versa.
The igp is in fact "role playing " as an umno politician , to the igp his role as polis is only secondary.

Those who are familiar with polis case Thsl RPT 10716/08 (a PRC kuaci seller rape incident by 2 polis recently in PUDU/KL ) will know the polis trying to close the case and taking no actions as the victim is a PRC national.SUHAKAM and Tan Kok Wai of DAP Cheras must monitor this case closely.

We must NOT be afraid of the law and law enforcers, when we are in the right. We hope that more Bangsa Malaysia will joins the polis force from now, as we are expecting a change .
We will change government and we will change the polis force.

I think we have to be clear about this.The police, are they true to its color of a Malaysian Police force or is it an UMNO political force? Their practice of double standards are so obvious that we see them as UMNO hitman. That is why the public do not have much trust in them and being corrupted like UMNO, obviously they form a very good abang adek.

Suggest that MB Selangor (and other PR states) look into creating a state police force with jurisdiction over state police matters. Let the Polis di-raja focus on Federal or nation-wide matters.

This is scary. The Umno gov't felt threatened by the massive turnout & support. So the police wants to "take statement" from PKR - this is nothing less than intimidation as it was peaceful & sort of a celebration for us supporters. Selangor state gov't need to form its own polis force. Then all gatherings can be held inside Selangor state & shielded from outside interference by federal polis.

next time, all supporters of any PR rallies or ceramah please jot down the names of any uniformed officer, FRUs, SB's (if you can identify them) & snapping their photos for our own 'archive' of names & faces. So when PR took over the govt, we have a list of cops to 'deal' with first when we start weeding the police force. Sack the mean ones, or transfer them to an unfavourable place, or else let them resign voluntarily so that they can become career robbers (ex-cop who became criminals can be damn good criminals though). We can nail them 'nicely' again after that by putting them in the gallows.

And why dont you concentrate to safe guard the tax payer money which is paying your bills (not excluding the HARAM income IF ANY) in clearing the KL from criminals,prostitution, REMPITS.. Baring in Mind that this not only happen on SABTU day only but it happens everyday..

I am not implying anything here, but each time I hear of a Thai military coup, I wonder why the heck that is happening. Even the recent one against Thaksin, I was still like .... man, they would 'destroy' the image of democracy just to kick out that guy? But look what happened? Thailand is still a booming democracy, FDI still comes in, no multinationals are closing and relocating because of instability.

Now, I start to realize why ..... the Thai people had no recourse to seek justice or what not, when all the apparatus of govt, including the police, were firmly under the control of Thaksin. The military in Thailand is actually very people-minded, shows empathy with the people, and very professional in safeguarding the best interests of the Thai people. But of course, these Thai military coups were not just any coups. They were 'endorsed' by the Thai Monarch himself.
