Every Ahmad and his dog (opps i mean cat) has his own idea about the 'ideal Islamic State'. Just ask Osama bin Laden and the Sheikh of Saudi and the Talibans.

Anyway, a theocracy can only end in an autocratic plutocracy of a few ulamaks. May be ok in Bagdad in the 12th century and Arabia in the 6th century but dudes, this is the 21st!

Look what happened to BN Islamic state ???Why so much corruption,injustice,discrimination,crime commited by their leaders?
Why BN want to organise this Islaminc State talk??Aha- trying to unite the Malays to get back to BN just like their failed attempt through Barisan Bersatu Perpaduan Melayu.
UMNO is a desperado trying all means and singing the same racial and religious tune all the time which is to seperate the Malays from the non Malays.
Will the Malays fall for this trick???
Thank God ,No.. UM student body rejects racism,PR has sucuessfully united the races much to the dissapointment of UMNO.

I wish for all Citizens to be given freedom of religion, including the Malays. I will be the first Malay to renounce Islam and will be a free thinker for the rest of my life. I don't need any kind of religion to make me feel secure or alive. I am ALIVE. And every human being will die. And when we die, we die. We don't go heaven or hell. Accept the reality.

What is this always harping for an Islamic state, as someone has said if you desire so much to stay in an Islamic state, please migrate to the Middle East, or to Pakistan, or even Iran.
It is not whether you are living in an Islamic state, that you are living in holy land, or sacredness of being judged under hudud or syariah coz, at the end of the day it is always your nature that is important,
If you are pious, kind, generous to the poor then you are already living in your own 'sacred land'.
No point living in an Islamic state, if and when there is corruption, disregard and contempt for other religions, and the untouchable "holy ulamaks", mullahs and the elite who are above the law and commit evils, and yet can judge the masses. As can be seen in some Arab and other countries.
To be fair we see it in other religions as in the times of the Inquisition, when the Roman Catholics killed all who would not renounce their faith and convert to Catholicism.
The clergy were after monetary gain, confiscating the "sinners" property, peddling religious tokens for money and even granting afterlife guarantees. Again to be fair they were not religious but were greedy, and evil. Hiding under the cloak of religious ardour.
So to be religious is always our own personal affection and piety to our God, and then to mankind.
LOving God with all your heart, soul, mind, and all your strength, and loving your neighbour as yourself.
