Aiya! Himpunan rakyat betul ke?.

Maybe the other races should also be invited to offer prayers in their own way.

Then it is a real Himpunan Rakyat.

After all it was the unification of people from different religion and races that brought about this change.

if the organizer is pas... then it's ok.. but i dont think people from other races and religions will come... may be only a few of them will come.. i'm not coming

BA should organize a real himpunan rakyat... which involves everyone regardless of their religions and races...

Learn to live in diversity la.....

Kemudian dia tulis lagi "Seluruh warga Selangor dan rakyat Lembah Klang dipelawa hadir ...."
Ertinya, lu tak mau datang lu punya suka...lu mau datang, datang la...apa bising-bising, lu bukan dipaksa datang, cuma di'pelawa' datang.

Ini geng geng tak suka songkok...come on la, be matured....we have never agreed to live in secular world, just like you've never agree to live in an islamic state...we only agreed to respect each other and live in harmony...don't push too much!!!

You intend to push all the way? push what? secularism? try your best la.... you'll never succeed... remember IFC and article 121....mungkin you tak remember, tapi I remember. You guys the secularist pushed all the way , tapi all it took was simply one big gathering at Masjid Wilayah and the next day all IFC nonsense fizzled out. In that gathering you have PAS, PKR and UMNO members all for one cause - that is Islam. When you try to push again, these very same people will come again and unite under the banner of Islam.

Try to push again, you'll see similar response.

You think Anwar is so stupid? He knows the biggest untapped vote banks is still the Malays Muslims, mainly in the rural areas, whose allegiance to UMNO can only be broken by PAS. Not even PKR. So, PAS is a party that he needs to please more than others. DAP's potential is almost reaching the limit. Afterall, this election has shown when even almost every Chinese and Indian voted for opposition, you can only get some 40seats (DAP secularis leaning PKRs). That is the limit of the damage that the secularist assault inflicted. Without support from PAS and Islamic-oriented PKR MPs, don't even dream to deny 2/3, let alone to rule this country.

Multiculturalism, bangsa malaysia etc will never be accepted as a vote for secularism. Don't try to disguise. Many hypocrites here are hiding behind those words when deep in their heart they think they can take the opportunity to push for further secularism. As if we can't read their game plan. Poorah!!

Don't hide behind multiculturalism bla bla...just come out plain and simple saying you hate Islam and you adore secularism.

Having said above, this is a plain and simple event organized by PAS. You want to go, you go. You don't want, don't make the fuss. Again don't try to push the limit. You'll never succeed.

fair argument, agreed...but how to show to BN that BR is an better alternative for non-muslims as well? I'm not saying there should not be doa and nasyid but why not something for all race and religion or not all? It's better to have the whole warga Selangor to be there than only warga muslim Selangor, right? It's time to PAS to make non muslims comfortable as well. No at all pushing to the limit, for what?

ok ya'll stop da bickering lah.

if PAS organise & invite all to come then non-muslims must expect that there will be islamic stuff being recited, so if you can bear with it, just join in. If you feel uncomfy, then you can choose not to come. Simple as that. As for PAS, if they were expecting alot of non-muslims coming, then they will need to cut down the amount of islamic verses in their intros.

if BR organised then, both muslim & non-muslim must tolerate each other's prayers if there is one. I dont see it a big prob if every faith within the BR recite their prayers one after another. In return muslim shouldn't get offended too.
