(Bernama) -- Wong Chuan How, special aide to Selangor state executive councillor Ronnie Liu, was charged in two Sessions Courts here today with making a false claim and two counts of committing criminal breach of trust involving a total of RM7,500.

In the first court, he pleaded not guilty to submitting to the Sepang district council on Sept 10 last year a false invoice for the supply of 2,500 car flags worth RM2,500 for the National Day programme when no flags were supplied.

Wong, 51, also pleaded not guilty to criminal breach of trust involving RM5,000 relating to the organisation of meetings of the Federal Development and Village Security and Development committees in Sungai Pelek on Feb 19 this year.

In another Sessions Court he pleaded not guilty to criminal breach of trust of RM2,5000 involving a gotong royong programme in Sungai Pelek state between July 30 and Sept 16 last year.

All the three offences were allegedly committed at the Sepang district office.

Meanwhile, former Teratai assemblyman Yap Soo San, 43, pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court to seven counts of submitting applications containing false particulars for allocations for festival programmes which were not held.

The offences were allegedly committed at the Hulu Langat district office between Jan 19 and Feb 4 last year.

Congratulations to BN government for a job well done.
Let us put the fear in all the ikan-bilis (whether it is true or just trumped-up charges) thieves as it is against the law.
However do not question the billion ringgit outflow of cash which cannot be accounted for because these are actually the perks of the modern day BN government.
Remember when the UMNO leaders at the grass-root levels were demanding for taxi permits? Come on, surely we don't expect them to demand peanuts now. Peanuts are for monkeys while the present day lot are not monkeys, they are khinzirs that gobble everything they can get their grubby paws on. cheating , criminal activities etc are no longer sinful for them. Bravo BN/UMNO

2500 car flags for Rm2500 is reasonable at Rm1/each.

Rm43,000 for a f8cking laptop, Rm35 for a STANLEY screwdriver, and Rm5,000 for a technical manual is beyond comprehension.

Where's the f8cking MACC on this!!!!

You see the trouble is he didn't buy the flags from a Be END member company. That is why the flags are so cheap but no profit. If he had bought the flags at Rm50 each from a Be End company then there will be no prosecution.....brother, brother mah smilies/grin.gif smilies/grin.gif smilies/grin.gif
