“Had we called for an open tender, we would have exposed our defence secret to the enemies…”

OPEN TENDER- 'We would have exposed our defence secret to the enemies'

' Our defence secret', I believe, is a lame excuse for their 'built-in defence mechanism' specically designed to hide their addiction to corruption .This is the 'defence secret' that must be kept hidden at all costs from the 'enemy'--the blissfully ignorant masses .!!

“Had we called for an open tender, we would have exposed our defence secret to the enemies…”

What idiotic comment is this ? ? ? Someone should sack this moron !

There are various ways to stay ' secretive ' through an open tender.

My 2 cents worth : Call an open tender for purchase of 1 no. submarine and state potentially up to 20 units order to follow.
Thereafter, actual additional orders to follow after the exercise, not necessarily up to 20 units.
This ' secretive ' defence purchase would be very impressive to many nations even if it is an open secret.

But NO, Barisan Najis or Najis C4 insist to be ' secretive ' about giving fcukking ridiculous commission( tax payers monies )to their crony, Barkginda Nazak and murdering Altantuya in the process !

Memang benar orang berkata" The fish rot from its head!"
Nampaknya tiada jalan lain melainkan kita mempunyai pemimpin baru yang bersih seperti TGNA. Selagi Najis masih berkuasa, Malaysia tetap tiada harapan.

Based on the above statement I dont think we will ever hear another "SUPER STUPID ANSWER FROM a socalled deputy minister with the title of Dr. infront of his name. Why you think you are briefing Felda,Felcra settlers is it?My advise to you for the future is ,make sure the next time you have to lie to protect your boss and your party MAKE SURE THAT IT WILL MAKE SOME SENSE,because Rakyat are not stupid.

I am not sure who is interested. What I do know is that middleman will compromise our defence position more than open tender.

However, knowing how corrupt and rotten UMNO has always been, open tender makes marking up that little bit more uinconvenient compare with thru' middleman.

I know, u know and they know.

Don't worry, the enemies know our country is being defended by a bunch of thieves, liars and murderers. Only the idiots among us that vote for them did not know.

Secrecy will protect Malaysia's security? Let's see...

Radar don't work - enemy planes enter Malaysia oso don't know
Helicopter don''t work - Malaysians waiting for rescue are not rescued.
MIG 29 don't work - thinking of scrapping.
OPV cannot go out to sea - pirates have field day.
Navy buildings in Lumut collapse even before occupied = threaten lives of our seamen.

Police secrecy - no IPCMC = police sleep with gangsters
Judicial secrecy = lawyers appint judges
Postal vote secrecy = BN wins with dirty tricks

So what's new?
