I hope and pray that the result from all this hard work will be an application for a single party that all rakyat Malaysia can join without being question about their race and religion. Also, the frame work of counter check and also a fair process of electing a PM if that falls under the PR not like the current setup. Most importantly lets get rid of the opposition mentally and lets assume that you are the part of the government process in coming up with what is best for the nation all of us call home.

Carry on Zaid! You are the material to lead the opposition. DSAI has lose its course. No more zest from him nowadays. He seemed to be troubled by all lots of his personal problems till he has no time for the party. If PR is interested in winning the next GE, something needs to be addressed! smilies/cool.gif smilies/cool.gif smilies/cool.gif smilies/cool.gif smilies/cool.gif smilies/cool.gif

There must be a complete break away from any hint of 'Ketuanan Melayu' or 'Ketuanan Islam' in the new manifesto. Otherwise Pakatan may as well fold up and let BN rule.

Every citizen will be equal before the law. The Secular nature of governance will be spelt out in no uncertain terms. If PAS cannot agree with this, then it will be kicked out Pakatan.

Anwar lectures the world about the 'Jeffersonian Focus' and its compatibility with Islam. Well he should now put his money where his mouth is and state in Malaysia that a secular democracy is compatible with Islam. If he does not then he would we nothing but a forked tongue liar.

Coming back to the Formation of Malaysia, it is necessary to re-look at the 20 points to be made consistant in PR consitiution development.
Look at BN today, after tdm revemped the power of the legeslative, judicary and the constitution, they also make the title become so powerful that every President of the PArty must be awarded with TUNship so that they are above law. If indeed this is Malaysia why the equal partner to the federation did not get quota for the Datuk, Tan sri and Tunship.

We in PR must not make any Malaysian ABove the True LAW of the COuntry which is impartial.

Best of Luck to PR and Hidup Pekatan Rakyat...Hidup Ketunan Rakyat.....

I'm all for Zaid or DSAI to be our future PM! You see, somehow we have to break the vice-like grip that those corrupted Bee-Enders have on power. The 1Malaysia thingy is all bulls***. The late Corazon Aquino wasn't a particularly good leader. But what she started was the emancipation of the Filipino people, freedom from the evil and corrupted Marcos.

And therefore, fellow Malaysians, do not fret over the hooha in PR. Things will work itself out, believe me. We have to start somewhere!
