Jeremy,
Please don't be like nazri aziz ... talking in fifth gear but brain in reverse gear. When the score was 7 - 0, everything was okay but now that pas has lost a by-election suddenly, to you, it is a liability to pr. What kind of a mentality is this?!! I don't think pr without pas is going to be stronger. Pkr, dap and pas have acknowledged their shortcoming and pledged to improve their cooperation so please don't suggest things in the negative.

So how far can you fly now with the additional new wing? Anyway looking at the picture above, if that flag in the background were to be BN's, sure dah lama kena tarok kaw kaw punya. Political bribery hiding behind some celebrations, right? So are you resorting to the same tactic here? Then how are you different? How??

I agree with Badrol. I believe majority of non-Muslim Malaysian hasn't given up onPR. This is of one defeat and we know how well verse our rakyat is when comes to politic and the impact of corruption. It is resting on PR's shoulder to educate even those in the rural area how bad corruption can be and what is their plan to counter all these goodies schemes BN runs every four or five years.

to burmen...

Yes, "But what should I care if others do". BUT!! you said that you're an old man. So unless when you're about to die, you can dig your own grave, and if you're a Muslim, you can "mandi kan mayat you sendiri", you can "kafan kan mayat you sendiri", you can "sembahyangkan mayat you sendiri", then you can go to the grave yourself, you can lay down in the grave yourself and lastly you can cover up your own grave...

unless you don't care what happened to your body when you died..

yes, "religion is strictly between you & God", BUT!! not unless you are living alone in some distant planet.

PAS, lets have a dialogue with the present members of Kelab Penyokong and new members. Lets redifine PAs's objectives. If there is a win win situation, I myself a sikh will join you provided you are ready to accept changes. The most important change that PAS must agree withiout condition is to drop the idea of an Islamic Malaysia State and its extremist views on many topics which touches on the sensitivities of non muslims for example the banning of concerts, sex segreegations in cinemas and different lanes for genders. If you dare to change then you will have the support.Open you eyes and minds. We dont life in a desert. We have been blessed with bleautiful Malaysia which is run by murderes, rapist, conmen, gangsters who walk around freely. You need to be united with the other parties knowing that you PAS alone nor any other party can topple BARISAN NAJIS. JAI HO!!!!!

Wutuver PAS do will always be not good enough to U people, Bagan Pinang is gone but people keep on barking up that it was PAS fault. What is wrong with people in MT? Too close minded and dont look at the big picture? Bagan Pinang was more of a PR lost than a PAS lost. Dont like PAS or any of the parties in PR then vote for BNlaa...luckily that mostPR supporters have more sense than people in MT here.

Bandit,
First off, the idea of Islamic state will never be dropped by PAS and the idea of dropping it will be met with 100% resistance. Islamic State is what we are trying to achieve....but the rest of your other points can still be discussed.

PAS 's latest move is seen as a last desperate move to contain non-muslim's supports after the loss.

"Who is more 'devilish', pas or umno. You tell me. "

"And burmen, ... to you looting 7-11 stores for beer is a far serious issue than umno/bn's looting of the nation's coffers of 100's of billions ringgit. "

Dear Badrol,

Robbing our nation's coffer is the biggest crime of all. I believe you will agree with this. But then, let me ask,

Why is PAS going after "Beer" & concerts ? Beer & concerts more important than nailing those perompak wang rakyat ?

Chinese & Indian community has been quite comfortable & sometime uneasy with corrupted UMNO. Non-muslims still have fears for extremist-muslims of imposing those beer bans and other stuffs that's infringing rights of non-muslims. I don't drink & I don't go for concerts. But, I view PAS acts on Beer & Concerts as an act of extremism. Non-muslims support clean leaders from PAS doesn't mean that non-muslims support the act of banning & moral policing.

Why can't some muslims leave everyone (including their fellow muslims) alone ? Ada apa salah, biar dia jawab sendiri dengan tuhan. Why must these extremist play the god's role of punishing other's inmorality ?

That's what non-muslims are thinking.

As for "being the liability" issue, in my opinion, everyone has liabilities. Be it any party from BN or PR.

I believe, PKR, DAP & PAS must all drop all what they are fighting for and start to built a single strong party to confront BN in the coming GE. And, all terms be agreed on a common ideology & cause. Otherwise, PR can kiss goodbye to Putrajaya ! Cry & whine more by then...

burmen and jeremy,

Please dont stab PR like this. Wat badrol said is true. Why cant u give PR and expecially PAS more time to reinvent them self. If we can tolerate BN for 52 years, why we cant tolerate PR ?

TO PR,

I think you guys need to be under one umbrella. Please do that asap.

being a malaysian indian, i think its time we should call our self just malaysian.

Enough of race and religion.

Reinvent our thinking first and then walk our talks.

I believe its a blessing in disguise that we lost bagan pinang. At least we can be humble and learn from mistake.

No point learning from mistake if we are doing the same thing again and again.

lets cut the crap and focus on healing our wound.

lets do that instead of chatting and bickering in MT.

yeah! 1,000,000% agree.

First of all things. You all, especially you Mr. Bandit, try to do some searching what Islam is all about. What Islam requires the Muslims to do.

Islam is a way of life. and some also, just like i saw on my neighbour car sticker, it says Jesus is the way of life. etc etc.

In what terms way of life means? Does it mean just practising in the mosque? Does it mean when you are in the office or while shopping, or while busy campaigning the Muslim behave contradictly to what Islam teaches.

This is one of the basic things. W.A.Y. O.F. L.I.F.E.

Every aspect of life is covered in Islam. Economy, social, politic etc. is all stated in Islam. There are no such thing as social one different part, economy one different part and politic one different part.

If you are asking PAS to drop the Islamic State claim, its like you're asking PAS to leave Islam. Because why? Islam is everything and at least to us the Muslims, everything MUST follow the way of Islam. It CANNOT be social aspect, ok we follow Islam, economy follow bit Islam bit others or politic don't follow. In Islam it does not work like that. You can say in mathematic 3 minus 1 is 2, BUT in Islam like the above 3 aspects of politic, economy & social, if you take 2 aspects follow the Islamic ways and 1 aspect don't follow, the the equation will be 3 minus 1 will equal to zero. It is either you take all or nothing.

The above is strictly to be followed and observed by the Muslims. BUT along the way, Islam taught the Muslim to be tolerent and respect other people religions, Islam is not to be forced upon the non-muslim. and vice versa, the non-muslims are expected to do the same. This is what we call tolerancy.

i do not want to give a broken lecture about what Islam is all about. As previously, some one commented that we all in MT is an educated people, so please educate yourself, try to learn what Islam is all about. Like what Mr. Bandit is saying, i can confidently say that he/she does not much about Islam. And if a person does not know much, what comes out from his/her mouth will confuse people. So lets educate ourself more, than i guarantee you will have more understanding what PAS is all about
