This is going to be the shortest article I have ever written. I do not want to say anything more than: LET THE TRACK RECORD SPEAK FOR ITSELF! Did Abdullah Ahmad Badawi deliver his 2004 election promises?

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

* BN terus melaksanakan strategi pembangunan ekonomi untuk mencapai Wawasan 2020. Bertekad meningkatkan keupayaan daya saing, menjamin suasana mesra-perniagaan dan berusaha ke arah pengurusan kewangan negara yang berhemat;

* BN bertekad menerokai sumber kekayaan dan pendapatan baru dengan membina potensi kawasan luar bandar;

* Bertekad membasmi kemiskinan, menambahkan pembangunan rumah kos rendah dan meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan kesihatan, dan

* Mendokong Islam sebagai agama rasmi Malaysia dan terus membangunkan Islam Hadhari yang progresif dan moden.

If not for OPPOSITION (DSAI) exposing the Lingam vedio and pressuring the government, today we are all still being kept in the dark on the state of our judicial affairs/appointment and the shocking disclosure of Lingam writing judgment on behalf of judges and ACA practicing bribery to silent key witnesses instead of going after the culprits. Imagine ACA the guardian of anti-corruption are themselves indulging in corrupt practices. This is the type of agency put in place by BN, all a con job of UMNO and BN goons/morons, especially so during TDM's regime. UMNO/BN is totally rotten and corrupted to the core, do we still trust them, the answer is VOTE OPPOSITION to safeguard Malaysia and our future generation.

Much as we would like to vote the BN out, however the reality on the ground is that UMNO/BN will again be voted in by the people in the kampong and rural areas with a 2/3rds majority. And with so much gerrymandering in the urban areas, and areas with high concentration of voters, there is no way UMNO/BN is going to lose. Imagine 100,000 voters in the urban area to one MP, and 10,000 voters in the rural areas/kampongs to one MP. How is UMNO/BN going to lose?

Just conduct a random interview with 100 voters, and find out how many of them have ever read M-T and Malaysiakini? I doubt you can find more than 5 in 100 who read these two on-line news media. Anyway my vote will definitely go to the opposition, whether for DUN or MP. UMNO/BN has a very strong assistant/supporter in this Ra-"Shit" guy. They can depend on him 100% to deliver the results of a clear victory for UMNO/BN. They didn't amend the constitution for this one guy, with such urgency, for nothing.

We all know that BN with its goverment machinery and corrupted policies will again emerged the goverment after the next GE due to its racist policies that easily influence rural voters with less awareness of democratic human rights political system.

I strongly pursuade the rest of us to vote in PKR, DAP and PAS to reduce BN 2/3 majority which is very crucial for this country future if it really wants to be a fully develop progressive country where opportunities are not base on creed, religion and race but basic fundamental humanrights.

By all means, we must give the opposition especially Anwar Inbrahim a chance to represent us in the parliament. Honestly, he is the only candidate which is perfectly designed to caused massive havocs to the racist BN governing elites and power player.

It is now or never. If BN win massively this time, you and I will be paying for a very steep price.

Malas-yu,

And you think the Malays will suddenly vote Opposition because they "realize they have been naughty and that they have to live as brothers with the Ants after all the Ants do a lot of work, pay a lot of taxes and have over the generations contributed far more to the prosperity of their country."

Pls. First the many if not most of the Malays have always been voting opposition. Is Kelantan a Malay majority or non-Malay majority state? terengganu? Kedah, where in 1999 PAS got more parliament seats than BN? What happen to the non-Malay majority state like Penang? Oh no, the Ants decide to vote for the BN for state seats bcoz "they know only BN Govt can bring development". The fact is, it's the bloody non-Malays and Southern Malays and the East Malaysians who's been propping up this corrupt Govt.

Melayu malas? Some are, some are not. Here in this office, I employ three Chinese and 4 Indian, 9 Malays, including myself. Chinese come in at 930 go back everyday 6 pm sharp. Today plenty of work not done also didn't bother to stay back. There are still 5 of the 9 Malays still working, and 1 Indian. I'm seriously thinking the hardworking Chinese idea is a myth. I'm also seriously thinking of laying off these Chinese girls and get new staff, if not for the fact that they come from poor families from places like Tg Sepat and such. Don't talk cock la bro. You said Malays are racist, you don't seem that much different.

I feel very ashamed that the 'head honchos' of the BN are Malays which make them by default (and that is the operative word, 'default') Muslims. God help me, I dare say that none, and I mean none of the Muslims in BN are good, practicing Muslims.

DontPlayGod, we should never play God - agreed! - HOWEVER, I think we need Divine intervention in this elections. So, please, all you God-fearing people, let's ask God's help to displace this horribly corrupt, unfair, blasphemous Government of Malaysia.

I have not stated or implied that the Malays are racist per se. If the impression was given then I would like state Malays are in general not racist. But is it not that the many privileges given to one race at the expense of other, a racist policy also called Institutional Racism.
However they do not appear to accept that the non-Malays have contributed a lot to make Malaysia what it is today. The non-Malays recognised that the Malays needed to be uplifted so were prepared go along with govt. policy to give the Malays a chance to make them economically equal. But this has become so entrenched for 40 years that positive discrimination seem to go on and on and are not prepared to give up the status quo. Is it not time that all Malaysians - Malays and non-Malays) are treated equally? All that is necessary is a level playing field in all spheres.
The final para is a dream that I hope will come to pass soon.

Dear Mat Poyo,

I salute you for being a equal opportunity employer. Unfortunately this is not true for the government or the UMNO controlled companies.

Many malays are employed by the government or UMNO, which might create a bias for UMNO. It is also clear that a large proportion of the malay wants to perpectuate this race supremecy concept from their continued support for UMNO. This support is clear from the number of seats UMNO wins in malay heartland including kelantan.

The malay will continue to vote for UMNO because of money and security. With UMNO its free land, loans u don't pay back, free educations, big expensive mosque ..... things reserved for malays.

Unfortunately they do not think that a new government will provide such goodies. I think we need to reassure them that a uncorrupt and fair government will still provide these things but only difference is that it will provide them to all races.

The money saved from a non-corrupt government will pay for all these benefits for all citizens. It will be equal opportunity for all.

And I believe a viable alternative to the BN government must be able to get this message to the majority malays.

state of affairs in Malaysia and they can evaluate for themselves the
Government’s declarations of truth , cleanliness, transparency, Islam Had
etc. Drugs was one thing but sometimes , this child porn strikes
different cords ! ! ! ! ! Who cares about technicalities ?

I guess god is helping me to punish the criminals who have tried to
destroy me and my family for being professional. God must also realise
that I was also injured for being INDIAN in MALAYSIA .

Thank you

Captain Reinu Balakrishnan

My above posting of Capt Reinu is verbatim. If true, the racial overtone is strong but unfortunate for it might overwhelm a larger malaise. Abuse of power and corruption.

We know the track record - more racial tensions, waving of keris, more corruption & even more corruption, more transparency is a lie, everyone is now confused who is the judge and who is the thief, who is the cop and who is the robber, those Minsiters and politically connected who is supposed to take care of the country now plunders the country, the media and newspaper can be chucked to the rubbish bin under the control of BN, more lies, cover-ups and empty promises day by day to the rakyat, PM given pillow for more zzzzzzzzzzzz, more nepotism to enrich Minister's families, more unethical acts all over the place by those in power , loosing out on foreign investyment, encourage brain drains to make Malaysians more stupid so that rakyat can be manipulated, never ending policy to kill competition , never ending policy to kill progress, we can fill our 1000 pages just keep writing....
Rakyat of Malaysia, tell all your friends and neighbours, tell your sundry shop keeper, people in the streets, your peers, tell at least ten person a day , .... open your eyes, have the future of our children in mind when we vote , vote wisely and vote against BN. We need to make a definite choice because we love Malaysia, we cannot allow Malaysia to sink further , we do not want ourselves to be irrelevant and go backwards into oblivion.

The same old promises as the last time. We will be worst than stupid, if after all the crap and empty promises from BN since the last election, we still vote them. Let's have some change and give the opposition a go!

UMNO rapes the people

The 65% of the population are Malays translates into some 90% of the State and Parliamentary seats. Unless someone or something can enlighten them, they will continue to vote for the decadent BN for some imaginary and unreasoned fears. Religion is impotent in this matter and it is difficult to understand why a people who will get very very upset if you say their religion is bad, will happily accept and vote for a corrupt and decadent government which swears to continue to be corrupt and decadent while raping them at the same time.

Here is the track record as I see it.

50 years the Rakyat have been on the ground watering a very big Tree (Malaysia) and feeding many many Umnoputra monyet (BN cronies) in that tree. The bigger the Tree grows, the more monyet climb on board the Tree. every time the Rakyat look up, all they see are Ar*eholes and what have these monyet done in the 50 years - rain Najis down on the Rakyat ! Time to call out the exterminators and and shoot the monyet off the Tree !

Mr. AAB. it's not enough with mere talking. You control all the mainstream media to project your goody-goody image. And at the same time you preach of religion for more brownie points.

KALAU YOU BENAR-BENAR MEWAKILI SEMUA KAUM, MAKA BERILAH PELUANG SAKSAMA BAGI KEADILAN, PAS & DAP UNTUK MENDAPAT "MEDIA COVERAGE". Sanggup & berani??
I doubt it. smilies/grin.gif
