What would it take for Mahathir to understand what harm he has done to this country? What would it take for him to realise that when he gave his children, his cronies and UMNO leaders business opportunities at no risk (if they make money they keep the profits, if the lose money the government bail them out) the cost to the country will be too much for it to bear?

All our basic and essential services were privatised:

·     Electricity is privatised.

·     Telecommunication is privatised.

·     Water is privatised.

·     Sanitation/Sewerage is privatised.

·     Roads are privatised.

·     Public Transport are privatised,

·     Health care is privatised.

·     Even entertainment is privatised.

If all these public services were in the private hands of his children, his cronies and UMNO leaders–what then was the role of the government?

Is the government role to provide these cronies with fail safe means of making money at the expense of the poor and lower income group? The same group who would most have needs of these same services? Would it not be the duty of the government to ensure that these crucial services are made available to the poor and lower income group at an affordable level – instead of giving control to their cronies this same services for them to manipulate and extort to their hearts contents?

None – not one of those privatised amenities ever brought any benefit to the Rakyat. All it resulted in was a rise in the cost for the usage of these amenities – and sooner rather then later – the bailout of these privatised concerns that cost the Rakyat billions and billions of ringgits.

You mean whenthey got money they don't have to return the RAKYAT money profit or not.
UMNO owns more than the GOMEN, how the hell is that? RAKYAT owns the debt and liability.
Then we boast and call him smart merely because he surrounds himself with unpatriotic dumb-ass failures thieves and greedy yes-men/women.

what happens when the gullible (race-x), the anything-for-a-buck (race-y), and seeking-divine-assistance (race-z) hand their nation collectively to a capable vulture (the cunning PM-A extraordinaire) ?

Who is the moron ?
(maybe some self-introspective is warranted here)

They said Indian are very persevering and schrew businessmen.
Tun Mamak Kutty by birth is Indian, so he thinks and acts like an Indian.
Deep within him, he behaved, acted and took the Government as his own private company.
Every move he make, it will be for his own benefits first, cronies second, Umnoputras third, Malays fourth, Rakyat last.

Over the years he had improvised a "golden formula" where even Sam Watton, Bill gate, Warren Buffet will envy, his sure win formula for himself.

If the privatised "company" make profits, he makes profits
If the privatised "company" loses, he profits too by offering government bailouts and compensations.
Not only his privatised "company" sure profits, but with many times profits higher than market norms with skyhigh inflated rates and sure continuety for the next 30-35 years of assured gains.

The Rakyat was not only 'scr****d' by this Indian thief for the past 25 years, but also for the future 25 years to come. But God is fair, hewill be called up for his unforgivable sins and crimes very, very, very, soon.

You come into this world empty handed, you will also leave empty handed. So why Tun Mamak, the need of your exorbitant and ridiculous loots from the Rakyat?

So when you think abt the hundreds of billions stolen, massive wastage and wasteful projects, and the entertainment projects like monsoon cup, etc., you wonder abt those 60% Malays in Bagan Pinang - if some of them do vote umno, what are they thinking? What is wrong with this people? Why are they supporting a corrupt govt? Don't they know that there has been decades of corruptions?

Queensland had its electricity privatised but we are now paying the extremely high prices for it. The backlash may see a change of state government especially if the Labour government insists to privatise Brisbane Rail, Port and other assets.
BN has been hoodwinking the rakyat for too long and the excesses of BN under TDM are all coming to fruition like an anchor to a sinking ship. But do Malaysians have the gumption to fight for their rights? Bagan Pinang will be a litmus test to whether Malaysians are mature or still have umbilical cords attached.

Remember Tongkah Holdings during the Asian Financial crisis? And all those public-listed companies with strong links to team members of the Tun's Cabinet during those times? Billions of Ringgit and there's no Government bailout. That's what they said anyway.

Corruption is anathema to capitalism. I am convinced that the way to build a new and better world is not capitalism. The current imperialist capitalist feudalistic system is a screwed up system at the first place! We need a revolution!
It's sickening how water, electricity, and health care are being privatized in this country. We need a Hugo Chavez among us to fight for us, proletariat.
Say no to privatization! Say no to monopoly of the bourgeois!

When privatised, the likes of TNB is only interested in collection. Not welfare for the country. Ops Potong means potong, no avenue for negotiation. That is the price we pay for privatization. Even EPF is doing the same.... They have collection target mind you.... If you cannot make money in business, it is a crime and you could be hauled up to court and put to jail first... Is that how a country operates as we head towards developed state? Developed as in 'Feudal'?

Taj Ramly got a personal loan of RM1.89 billion from Sime Bank to buy MAS shares @ 4.00 per share while the market value was 8.00.

Thenafter, the government bought back the shares at 8.00 while the market value was 3.50 and that was a gain-gain transaction for Tajudin. When the govern paid RM1.89 billion personally to Taj (it was a personal loan, remember?) the money was not paid to RHB. Sime (taken over by RHB)went bankrupt because of this loan and other loans to Coronation of 800 million (a 2.00 company)and a company belonged to Liong Sk son of 500 million.

Mas shares were not pledged to the bank by Taj and upon his receipt of the 1.89 billion payment from the government for the re-purchase of the shares, where did the money goes? It was said the debt was written off by the bank and the money just disappeared into thin air.

Dr M and Diam, have you got anything to say, bustards!
