All that Utusan Malaysia has done lately is lay bare the hollowness of Najib’s 1 Malaysia and the lack of faith from his party and party-owned newspaper.  If there is no support from the largest community in the country, what hope is there for 1 Malaysia?

That would include our Father of Independence Tunku Abdul Rahman and his Umno cohorts such as Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, Tun Dr Ismail Abdul Rahman all the way down to current prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak who now leads the multi-racial Barisan Nasional founded by his father in the aftermath of May 13.

Didn’t the Tunku get independence for Malaya in 1957 with Tun Tan Cheng Lock and Tun V. Sambanthan?

Would the British colonialists have given Malayans freedom if not for the three coming together under the Alliance umbrella?

Was Malaysia formed by the Malays themselves without the help of Chinese, Indians, Kadazans, Ibans and other ethnic groups?

Yet, if we are to follow Utusan Malaysia’s line of thinking these past few months, it is clear that the newspaper, and by extension its owners Umno, hold the position that anyone who champions a cause with non-Malays is a traitor.

Which begs the question how can the Chinese, Indians, Kadazans, Ibans and others seek refuge with Umno or support the nationalist Malay party for whatever cause they hold?

The Malay journal claims that the DAP is behind the current call for justice and democracy, which to the the editors is just a mask for more political and administrative power. And that the Malay grip in various institutions is under threat from such an alliance.

If MSM like the Utusan Malaysia and Berita Harian can publish comments like that and get away with it does not it tell us it is sanctioned by the UMNOputras!
1Malaysia is Najib's smokescreen , what his spin doctors have recommended to promote the 'feel good' euphoria!
But the UMNOputras are still in denial, they think they can get away with this doublespeak.

Just look at the way Saham 1Malaysia is managed. It's just the reverse of what 1Malaysia is suppose to mean. If we are all Malaysian, why the racial quota??? It would be more meaningful if it is divided by category such as high/medium/lower income. Just wondering what brain our policy makers have...

Could someone organise another big gathering, this time to ignite a hugh bonfire for Utusan, Berita Harian, NST and The Star? Copies of these old toilet papers will do! Malaysians should send back a clear and hot message to those anti-Malaysian elements behind them!

even we dont feel save that our money in EPF, want to believe that this fund will be well manage? This fund is a trust fund. wont guarantee it will make money. It will make money when > 50% is subscribe by bumi. i am not being racist here but merely stating the facts. Look at ASN, edid it ever make losses and not pay dividends? Total bulls

With all the billions down the drains (eg. PKFZ and buy-elections), the gomen already bankrupt. Now 1Malaysia saham is to milk money from Chinese and Indians ... so they can give good dividend to ASN (Melayu-only) holders. So don't be a bloody idiot to subscribe to 1Malaysia shares .... better you keep your money under the bed. Don;t let gomen take your money to spend on buy-elections, kills off political aide, give money to ASN holders!

Dead Duck, looks like Najib is also a traitor. This country is full of traitors. Only the Utusan Malays and people who wear the Support ISA T-shirt are patriot. Hmmm...UMNO Malay is relying on all the Malay traitors to support them. Because without the Malay traitors to support them how it is going to survive. But the Malays are not naive, the modern and principled Malay in fact is trying hard to save the Malay race, for the malay race wherea UMNO is expediting the demise of the race. Please don't cause bonfire. Bad for the environment, CO2 released caused greenhouse effect. Just donate all these "toilet paper" to organizations like SPCA, PAWS....they need plenty of toilet paper for the good work that they do

Many Malays are now more educated, less naive and exposed to the outside world than their former generations who were kept in the kampongs, first by the British and then by the UMNOPUTERAS,in order to be serfs. In fact they realize now that the UMNOPUTERAS are all fake Malays (trace their roots if you dont believe). These exploiters are just making non Malay Malaysians their scape goat for their plundering of the national wealth and how they kept the Malays ignorant. Now they also understand that anti bad governance is not being a traitor to the race but infact bolster their race. In Malaysia there are only two group of Malaysians. They are the exploiters and the exploited. It is not Malays and non Malays.
