The Bukit Bintang Girls' School, founded in 1893, was a pioneer of women's education in Malaysia.  Although the school no longer stands on Jalan Bukit Bintang, the BBGS spirit continues to live on in many of its former students.

We speak with BBGSians Cheong Wei Lee and Meera Samanther to find out more about the soon-to-be-launched Elena Cooke Education Fund, and their thoughts on the changes in language and education.  Watch the interview here: http://bit.ly/27ByQJ

Cheong Wei Lee is the Vice-President of the Bukit Bintang Girls' School Old Girls' Association.  Meera Samanther is the President of Women's Aid Organisation.
