Mahkamah diberitahu Anwar tiada di tempat kejadian liwat

(Bernama) - Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim tidak berada di tempat kejadian jenayah sepertimana didakwa dalam pertuduhan liwat terhadapnya, Mahkamah Tinggi di sini diberitahu hari ini.

Peguam Edmund Bon berhujah, perkara itu terkandung dalam notis alibi yang diserahkan oleh Anwar kepada pihak pendakwaan bulan lepas.

Dalam alibi itu, dinyatakan bahawa tiada keterangan kukuh mengenai kemasukan zakar dan ini disahkan oleh empat doktor, katanya.

“Sebab itu kami perlukan semua dokumen berkaitan dengan kes ini untuk menyediakan pembelaan terbaik,” kata Bon pada pendengaran permohonan Anwar kepada Mahkamah Tinggi untuk memerintahkan pihak pendakwaan memberikan kepadanya semua dokumen berkaitan kes liwatnya itu secepat mungkin sebelum perbicaraan kes liwat itu bermula.

Did Anwar send the "si-liwat" a dildo and he abused himself?

The case is comical at best and giddily foolish at worst.

And the AG and judges are the fools!

Total waste of public money!

In proceeding with the prosecution of DSAI despite the medical report from two hospitals vouched by 4 doctors is a MOCKERY of the LAW. If the honorable judge is just and true to his profession he would throw this case out of the court even without having to hear anymore arguments by the defense. Alas what do we expect from a KANGAROO COURT?

Well I dont think this Saiful used his own zakar to liwat himself..done, after the medical check up...He was just a Uni drop out, no that good to fabricate evidence..

Judging from the medical report that there was no liwat, Anwar was not there at Saiful's ass. that is fool proof alibi.
