People! This will never end.
Let us take things into our own hands.
When the police fail to protect our homes, we hire guards to protect our taman.
When the schools can no longer educate our children properly,we home school our children.
When the public transportation system is the joke that it is, we quit our jobs to stay home and ferry our kids around.

Welcome to the reality in Malaysia, folks.
I have given up as of today. I don't care anymore what our stupid leaders want to do to perpetuate the backwardness or backward Malaysians but I can choose to not participate. I owe it to myself and my children a better future.

Bangunlah ....

Does did Pariah DiRaja truly understand the way forward to a better or competitive Malaysia instead of politicking like the UMNO corrupted racists ?

Or he's merely carrying the ' lembu ', MOOhyiddin balls for another dignitary title or what ?

The government is taking the Raayat for a ride lah. No wonder Toyo is learning how to amuse the Raayat by going overseas, spending millions to do a amusement park!

It is not about English or malay but it was never going to be effective teaching Science n math in English to improve the English knowledge and efficiency of the students.

How much English is in Math? A bit though in Science. It was stupidity ala Mahatir who took away English teaching way back in the 70s. Mahatir is the main reason we lost a whole generation of English speakers and which had affcted our economic being.

Soon Sciencer and Math may not be taught in English anymore. However, efforts must be made to provide those who are keen to learn English. It is a must as a second language. Just malay alone will mean they stuck in the civil service and know little but discriminate against non malays.

My respect for Prof. Ungku Aziz ceased after reading the above article!

It's not about putting Bahasa Melayu where it belongs. It's about preparing the future for Malaysians. Malaysians who want to take on the world, Malaysians who are ready to be a world citizen.

And how are you going to do just that without English, may I ask? It's Maths and Science and not History lessons you know.....

When did we hear, see or read that the majority Malaysians disagree to or are unhappy with teaching of the 2 subjects in English? Any prove?

What we actually heard and read in the TV & newspapers all this while are that people happy with the teaching of these subjects in English.

Why not the government run a referendum and allow the people to decide what we want.
This way, once the decision are made by the people through their votes, no one else including the intellects have the excuses to oppose.

Dear Ungku Aziz. No need this martabat talk lah. Todays global language and ICT language is English. Even countries like China, India and Japan spend so much to study and master English. Just because of the word martabat I am unwilling to sacrifice my child's knowledge and the mastery of the English language. You can keep your martabat language and go martabat yourself for all I care. This step taken by this government is highly repressive and is not the way forward. But if some Malaysians feel that they want to live like "katak Di bawah tempurung" then so be it and become globally uncompetitive.

Monkeys! This so-called professor and the present ministers, all enjoyed and benefited from an education which is almost fully in English but choose to denied the younger generation this benefit.

In this present world of globalization, don’t this bunch monkeys realise it is too huge a sacrifices in the name of politics? We are regressing.

nahu dan tatabahasa yang tepaT..

nahu dan tatabahasa...segalanya mengikut..rangka Bahasa Inggeris..

nahu..grammar...tatabahasa...grammar...

you still cannot run from it.....you still have to borrow the
the rangka of Bahasa Inggeris....katanama..nouns...katakerja..verbs..gantinama pertama..gantinama kedua...and and so on...

step by step..it is aligned with grammar..formed in English..

....Well it is ok Ungku Aziz...you were taught, swam, drank and got sunk in English and you are a cendiakawan...I expected you to encourage the Malays to purse knowledge by keeping at par with the fast pace of knowledge in English..

well by the time the local Malay catches up the knowledge in science and medicince especiall y will be at least 6 -8 months old.. and the way Dewan Bahasa and Pustaka works....it may be a year or two before terminlogies(new ones) are disseminated to the student population....well there goes our Private sector's confidence...

.Are you......sure Bahasa is good for population integration??..
the last 50 years ...the politicians have proven it is not>>>>
