Keselamatan Universiti Malaya telah dipaksa menyerahkan kes contengan protes ‘anti-Rosmah’ di universiti tersebut kepada pihak polis tanpa melalui kebenaran dan makluman pentadbiran universiti.

Kenyataan tersebut dinyatakan oleh seorang pegawai yang tidak mahu namanya disebut dalam satu temuramah tertutup.

Contengan yang berlaku di Akademi Pengajian Islam dijumpai oleh seorang pegawai keselamatan pada jam 3.00 pagi, ujar pegawai tersebut lagi.

Suspek pertama Mohamad Izzuddin Hilmi ditahan oleh pengawal keselamatan pada jam 6 pagi. Beliau dipercayai dilihat dalam keadaan meragukan kerana berlegar-legar sekitar akademi tersebut.

Namun, beliau telah dibawa ke Balai Polis cawangan Brickfield bagi siasatan. Kemudian, kira-kira jam 7.30 pagi, tertuduh dilihat dibawa oleh polis bagi membuat pengecaman tindakan contengan tersebut.

Tertuduh yang memakai baju lokap berwarna oren sambil digari polis dipercayai mengaku melakukan tindakan tersebut di hadapan contengan protes berkenaan.

The scary thought is that, this is not out of the norm. In Malaysia you would call this normal police procedures and I feel very very sorry for the accused because even if you are innocent, it is unlikely you will receive a fair trial.

Were we so different then China 4/6 ??? it all happen because the Universiti Student are questioning their government.

Now, Student cannot question the Government, and anti people who related to government also cannot. Fat Lady is not a government unit. If this person also cannot be question/anti, then its logical government also cannot be question.


So, are our Democratic different then a Republic??
