Prosecution gets til Oct 9 to serve arrest warrant on RPK |

By M. Mageswari, The Star The prosecution has succeeded in getting an extension until Oct 9 to execute a warrant of arrest against Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamarudin for failing to turn up for his criminal defamation trial at the Sessions Court here.
The court also gave same time to the prosecution to serve notice of showcause to editor's wife Marina Lee Abdullah. On June 5, the Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said claims that Raja Petra had fled to Brisbane, Australia, had yet to be confirmed. The Interpol had also been alerted to be on the lookout for Raja Petra.
