The prosecution has succeeded in getting an extension until Oct 9 to execute a warrant of arrest against Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamarudin for failing to turn up for his criminal defamation trial at the Sessions Court here.

The court also gave same time to the prosecution to serve notice of showcause to editor's wife Marina Lee Abdullah.

On June 5, the Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said claims that Raja Petra had fled to Brisbane, Australia, had yet to be confirmed.

The Interpol had also been alerted to be on the lookout for Raja Petra.

If the PDRM cannot ascertain a harmless RPK's whereabout, don't further mention about hardcore criminals with dangerous weapons, murderers & rapists on the loose ! It's a shame that PDRM publicise their incompetency to nab a blogger.

Aiyoh ! This is some serious shit but before hand, how is one suppose to get justice when the Bench is tainted ? And there is plenty to suggest the positions of AG and Chief of Police have both been compromised.

Who is suppose to oversee/address any grievances from the above ?

If anybody cares to remember, apanama Eusof Chin LIED when he said he bump into Lingam and family while at Changi airport. That chance encounter resulted in a rendezvous all the way to Auckland, NZ.

Just like that, remarkably the two families were on their way for a holiday; no problems with ticketing, reservations, someone to watch over the house, someone to feed the dogs or pet cat(unlike PI Bala's dog which was left abandon by Bala and family).

Bad enough that prick of a judge LIED while the other jaw dropper from 'Lingamgate' cast aspersion on another prick of a judge, one Mohktar Sidin.

Lingam's secretary *testified she had written and worked till the early hours typing a judgment/findings(in favour of Lingam's client Vincent Tan) in a case heard in the chambers of Justice Mokhtar Sidin.

* In her own words, she called it an interview with the ACA. At the end of her 'interview', she was handed an envelope containing some RM$3,000(don't quote me on exact figure, do check) which she accepted.

many of us would say, the *ACA directly implicated in a sinister inquiry with no action initiated even with such damning testimony. Equally damaging was Thiru's SD and yet no action taken. Matter of fact, promotions were in order for the few choice names, elevated even though they brought shame and ridicule to the Bench.

* The only thing that came out of Lingamgate was the creation of an extension to the ACA, the MACC.

Minister of Law, apanama Taxi Boy - where is the justice and how is it to be serve ? Plain to see, the criminals in UMNO have infiltrated the Bench with choice appointments and decisions heavily swayed but I don't think that will guard against what is in store for UMNO/BN when voters go to the polling booth for the 13th GE.

Regards all and do stay vigilant.
