Governments never learn. Only people learn.

"MALAY" as they called themselves The TRUTH was the origin of MALAYs they came from different part of INDONESIA (JAwa SUmatra SUlawasi even as far as Papua and Thousand Islands outside Australia Their forefathers were pirates and excellent Fisherman.like it or dont like.the fact and history remained as the soliditary proof! Many descended from different tribes and ethnics.by their different tonguedialect & languages.the proof was that different area in Malaysia.you encountered the differences of speaking the Bahasa Melayu Orang Asli (even with many different Tribal Identity) were the original inhabitants of this Land of Malaysia. the MALAYs came and resided at the coastals and later moved deeper into the landscape They brought along their culture and aminisme practises.that was a time LONg BEFORE ISLAM invades and been preached ThE Malays were much more civilised. The issue of "PERPADUAN" cannot be implemented fully b'coz this MALAYs carrying different bloods and different thoughts and the Spirits inside them are different

Below is a PROOF : -
Following the disputed recognition of Abdul Samad as sultan in 1860, Malay chiefs gradually became polarized into two camps—generally the lower-river versus the upper-river chiefs. The main issue concerned the lucrative collection of duties on tin exports Raja Mahdi, the dispossessed son of the previous ruler in Klang (now Kelang), seized and held the prosperous town of Klang for two years with tacit approval of dissident upper-river chiefs. When the sultan granted favours to his son-in-law Zia-ud-din, brother of the sultan of Kedah, he further alienated the dissident chiefs, and intermittent fighting commenced. At this point Chinese tin miners in the Selangor and Klang valleys began feuding over control of the mines The miners predominantly belonged to the Ghee Hin and Hai San secret societies, which increasingly sought allies among the Malay chiefs Thus, by 1870 the Chinese had joined opposing sides in the civil war: the Ghee Hin had joined Raja Mahdi’s forces, and the Hai San had sided with Zia-ud-din. By late 1873 Zia-ud-din, with British aid, a Pahang army, and his Chinese allies, reversed several years of setbacks and defeated Mahdi and his supporters. The war caused economic dislocation and loss of mining investments and paved the way for expansion of British control in 1874

The Quran says (Translation by Dr Mohsin - Quranexplorer) (Surah Alhujurat; verse 11):
O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; Nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, Nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked"]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zâlimûn (wrong-doers).
