Who is in Paris? I thought he was in China to negotiate Chin Peng’s return to Sitiawan on the sidelines of PING-PONG talks with the Communist Chieftains?

I am a wee bit intrigued that Anwar is speaking in Paris, just one day ahead of Obama speaking in Cairo. DSAI is either in the US, London or middle-east and has never been invited to speak in Paris. We have no links with France…..OMG, yes we have, submarine-wise. Dang, and I heard that delivery in July have been delayed till August, despite Baginda being so close by.

Now, talking about it, is our RMN capable in manning the Scopion submarines?? If I am one of the sailors attached to one of them I will turn 'blue' whenever I hear the command coming from the Captian, "Dive,Dive..Dive!!". I pray and hope as a sailor, the submarine will always go on patrol on the surface of water - and will be rename 'float-marine'. What goes up must come down. And I hope what goes down WILL NOT STAY DOWN FOR GOOD.God forbid!
