My feelings are very disjointed now, UMNo has nothing left but to use all avenues open to them, as i know an election will wipe them out!!

Keputusan ini memberi kesan besar. Baik di Parlimen mahu pun di DUN yang lain, Agung atau Sultan boleh melantik PM atau MB yang baru tanpa PM atau MB berkenaan terlebih dahulu dilucutkan jawatan mereka melalui usul undi tidak percaya.

Boleh tambah sikit tak??

Hanya selepas Agung atau Sultan telah di "kau tim" dan di arah oleh UMNO!!!!

yang memberi gambaran sebenar 'integriti dan kebebasan kehakiman m'sia'.

Bagi aku, bangunan 'palace of justice', berlatar belakangkan bendera umno. [kan ku jadikan pelekat kereta].

Itulah sebenar benarnya,bentuk dan rupa keadilan yang mereka laksanakan.

This judgement surely has come as no surprise. What is surprising is that Malaysians think the judiciary is independent. UMNO will fix the outcome of the trials to suit what it deems to be its strategic interests.

Just looking at the background of the judges will give you an idea why they were chosen and why the panel was restricted to only 3. UMNO wanted 'unanimity' so as to give the impression that Zambry being the legitimate MB was a no brainer.

Raus Sharif for example was the infamous Judge that ruled that he could not hear the case of Moorthy, the Everest climber whose dead body was snatched from his Hindu family and buried as a Muslim by the Islamic authorities. His wife looked after him in his illness and claimed that he ate pork , attended Hindu temples ceremonies etc. His conversion to Islam apparently took place in hospital when he was comatose. These dubious circumstances were still considered sufficient for the Shariah Courts to deem him a Muslim.

Raus Sharif as a civil court judge did not uphold the Constitution and allow his wife Kaliammal to challenge the Shariah court ruling. PAS and the vast majority of Muslims in Malaysia were rejoicing at the injustice done to Moorthy's family as they saw this rather perversely as 'upholding Islam'.

Raus Sharif had it in his power to at least hear the plight of the devastated and distraught Moorthy family but 'Ketuanan Islam' ruled the order of the day because a civil court judge failed to exercise the powers vested in him by the constitution. In doing so, he denied justice to the Moorthy family.

Are we suprised that such characters ruled in favour of Zambry?

Muslims must realise that injustice to non-Muslims is wrong even though it is seen as benefitting the Muslim cause. It really is a case of throwing out the baby with the bathwater because you cannot have Islam and at the same time practise discrimination.

Similarly, if you look at the track record of the other judges in this case it will become apparent that they too are morally tainted.

Tak perlukan seorang nujum untuk meramalkan penghakiman pada hari ini. Semua ramalan benar belaka.UMNO yang melacurkan semua pentadbiran dan jentera kerajaan untuk kepentingan parti akan terus berkuasa dan menyalahgunakan apa saja untuk kekal berkuasa. Namun apakah 3 tahun lebih suatu jangka masa yang panjang? Insyaallah, pada ketika itu, tiada mahkamah didunia ini yang boleh menyelamatkan UMNO dan mereka yang bersekongkol dengannya. Pada ketika itu, mahkamah rakyat akan menjatuhkan hukuman yang sewajarnya keatas mereka. Dan ketika itu, tiada orang yang bergelar YAB/YB dari UMNO/BN yang akan dilepaskan dari muka pengadilan. Ada sesiapa yang hendak membuat ramalan?

The PR had obviously been foxed by UMNO. I think they cannot say that the court is biased now as they were lured to jubilantly celebrate their short live victory and declaring that“this is the first step of judiciary independence" and in Anwar own words “ The High Court’s decision is a triumph of the Rule of law and affirms that the Constitution is the highest law of the land” meaning that there is justice by the court of this country. PR and Anwar, sorry you had misjudged and falls into UMNO's trap by saying all those lovely things about the court when you just won a battle not knowing that you are going to loose the war.

Datuk Seri Anwar, I am sorry to say that after so many years of political experiences and a long time with UMNO you are still oblivios of UMNO tactics, especially in the tampering of the judiciary.
All of you are foxed and it is better you not say that the court is biased now as you will be seen as a sore looser.
