Status MB: Mahkamah Rayuan dengar permohonan Nizar hari ini.

PUTRAJAYA: Mahkamah Rayuan pagi ini akan mendengar permohonan Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin bagi mengetepikan keputusan mahkamah itu yang membenarkan penangguhan pelaksanaan keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi yang mengesahkan beliau sebagai Menteri Besar Perak yang sah.

Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir telah membuat rayuan berhubung keputusan itu pada 12 Mei lalu dan Mahkamah Rayuan membenarkan penangguhan keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi sehingga rayuan Dr Zambry terhadap keputusan itu selesai.

Barisan peguam kedua-dua pihak mula memasuki mahkamah pada pukul 9 pagi tadi.

Mohammad Nizar tiba kira-kira 15 minit kemudian bersama isteri dan beberapa penyokongnya.

Pasukan polis kelihatan mula melakukan kawalan sejak awal pagi.

We only can hope better sense prevails!! zambry has done enough to convince even fools that the judiciary is biased, taking only 5hours to get an appeal is indeed very strange and we people are not DUMB!!!

Pls Malaysians, for the love of this country whom UMNO has raped pillaged and segregated we have to bring it back as before, we will have to fight for this!!!

Tak kisah siapa yang ada atau yang tidak ada. Yang Rakyat Perak tahu adalah Nizar MB yang sah. Yang Zambry tu kaki tipu. Kalau Nizar menang teruskan Kerajaan Rakyat. Kalau tidak tunggu 3 tahun lagi kita balun BN bukan sahaja di Perak tapi juga seluruh Malaysia. Hidup Rakyat. Hidup Pakatan Rakyat.

standard of proof for a criminal matter: beyond reasonable doubt. ie toss 2 coins
standard of proof for a civil matter: balance of probabilities. ie toss 1 coin
standard of proof in appeal courts in malaysia esp nizar's case: toss the case out
good luck nizar as luck itself is with you until you toss the next coin.

Selepas PRU '08, DS Mohd. Nizar diberi mandat untuk menerajui kerajaan Negeri Perak. Andaikata beliau diisytiharkan sebagai MB yang sah oleh Mahkamah Rayuan, maka sudah pasti ada sinambungan pentadbiran. Mudah untuk menyambung serta menyelesaikan semua masalah dan rancangan yang tertangguh selama ini demi manfaat rakyat.
Selain itu, umum,(khasnya orang Perak)memang tahu siapakah MB yang sah. Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa memerhatikan segala-galanya.

Mahkamah tolak rayuan mb nizar untuk adakan panel 5 orang tapie dah ditolak sebab lambat sampai. Wow, habis mb pimai pimai tangtu tu kejab aje boleh dapatkan perintah mahkamah untuk ape tu stay on entah ker..

Kangaroo tu ape benda? Englise tak berape pandai.

Khabar angin dimana DUN Perak akan dibubarkan kini tersebar luas. Maka keputusan hari ini amat penting bagi pihak BN kerana mereka perlu memastikan pembubaran DUN Perak ini adalah dikemukakan oleh MB BN iaitu Zambry. Hal ini supaya ia dapat menyelamatkan sedikit undi sekiranya Pilihan Raya Perak diadakan...

Dear Malaysians and Perakians. My advice to the legal MB YB Nizar and the rightful government of Perak. The Perakians are suffering. Give in for the moment to these bullies. There is no way that BN is going to give in knowing they have all the Government machinery including those who swore to execute their duties fairly and justly. These goons have no religion. Walk away from the Court of Appeal. That will be a slap in the face for the BN goons and their cohorts.We will go for broke come the next GE. Believe in the law of nature as goodwill will prevail.
