All terminologies used that by UMNO-BN is meant to segregate, to differentiate, to divide. When their positions are threatened, they will always use Malay rights issue, Religion issue or the Sultan/Istana issue to confuse the rakyat, divide the rakyat to stay in power...

Hope their END time will come soon so that we all Malaysian regardless of race and religion can live together as one big family......Can't wait for that DAY!!!!!!

The thick headed skull is bent on thinking that by proving Bumis with NEP,they will be insulated from all poverty and their 3 meals secured ! If wt 51yrs down the road where they are not getting anywhere better saved for those UMNO cornies,surely something is damned wrong ! Why not do away totally and let those capable both Bumi and Non Bumi to enrich the country as a whole. The continuing of this policy is not doing any justice to the country. With the Global Financial Meltdown, NO Country or Government can understand & appreciate the "Actual Impact" to the "Nation" & its "People" until they get hit "Hard" like "Iceland." Iceland has a population of about 300,000 citizen, half of whom have their "Home" there, work overseas, enjoy the "Welfare State Benefits" but do not pay "Taxes" from their "Oversea Income". Alot of "Wheeling & Dealing" went on with the "Hot Russian Oil Money" available leading to the "Carefree MAX GAIN US Investments, etc". And "Bang" the US Subprime Financial Market Bubble "Burst" resulting in the "Collapse" of the Icelandic "Financial Market & its Economy". Today even their "Millionaires" are "Crying" when their Icelandic Kroner is only worth 20%, so you can imagine how the rest are surviving. No jobs, no money, no future in sight hungry people. so they "Protested" until the Government of the day. A "New Government is now in place" trying hard to "Salvage" the nation !

May I just say this. Sad to see this great nation Malaysia administered by the British Tuans, then handed over to the Malaysian TUANS under Bapa Malaysia Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra & his Malaysian cabinet of TRUE TUANS managing the system of Wesminster style Democracy & with the Rule of Law in 1957, getting "Hijacked & Betrayed" by the "Elite UMNO Ketetuanan BEGGARS" in 1969. some of those are still "Alive, Kicking & Mentoring ALL the New Ketetuanan Beggar Wannabes". To be a Public figure, one must be established, sincere, honest, credible, transparent & above board - should be opened to scrutinization like in the US. Many of our Leaders today have "skeletons" of their past in their closets (some have their family's baggages as well!). so how can they be "Honourable" to carry out their duties diligently without "Fear or favour" or "Step Down Honourably", even after taking an "Oath" to the King, Sultan,the nation & rayaat." Former Lord President Tun Mohamed Suffian Hashim repeatedly insisted in his foundational written texts that in Malaysia, “the constitution and nothing but the constitution is “the supreme law of the land”. “Malaysia cannot afford to see constitutional principles imperilled, and constitutional processes jeopardised. not even out of an understandable impatience, or a conscientious determination, to see the urgent political and practical problems of the day speedily resolved.” Things are brewing HOT in Perak & UMNO/BN is still in “Denial” even at this 11th hour of our nation’s “Political & Financial Tsunami”. Democracy vs “Gutter Politics” & Rule of Law vs “Law of the Jungle!”

Its good that Nik Aziz speaks out.

It shows the Malays were never fear of the other races in Malaysia. It's only UMNO who fear, fear of losing the gravy train that they have been enjoying it so good all this while. Ketuanan Melayu, Bumiputra etc, all these are created to get Malay support, but there is actually nothing for the Malays in general. It's only for the elite group inside UMNO and their friends.

This is the smartest move yet thought out by the wily Nik Aziz. Nobody in PAS thought of this move! It just shows that intelligence grows with age.

Many have wondered why UMNO still has 50% support of the malays in spite that it is the most corrupt party in Malaysia and its members have the least Islamic values since they only care for themselves and their families and cronies. Why the strong support from malays FOR umno? It is because they have indoctrinated and divided Malaysians into bumiputras and non-bumiputras. If you are a bumiputra you're supposed to be special and have a leg up over the others. Therefore if you want to continue to be special and have a leg up over others, you must continue to vote UMNO into power year after year. The reality is that only the umnoputras who are accorded the special treatment, while the ordinary malays continue to be among the poorest in Malaysia. Bumiputraism is the "spine" that has hoodwinked the malays for so long and held UMNO up all these while.

Take this spine away, all that is left in UMNO is the rotten decay and corruption. Take away bumiputraism and you take away the mask of UMNO and reveal its true rotten self! Nik Aziz has hit the nail on its head - this is the best and only way to hasten the downfall of UMNO!

It is like killing two birds with one stone - NEUTRALISE the pwer and influence of UMNO and at the same time drive a wedge between UMNO and its other BN component parties consisting of MCA, Gerakan, MIC, etc.
