HINDRAF - Why is there still no charge or arrest of the police murderers? PDF Print

The late Kugan was murdered on January 20, 2009, and it has been 13 days. Yet, all the authorities can state is, "It is under investigation". Is the PDRM under their UMNO-led masters taking us Malaysians for fools as an enslaved nation?

The late Kugan was murdered (in custody) under the protection of the government that we elected to administer and adhere to the Rule of Law to protect every Malaysian. HINDRAF is baffled and concerned with the level of competency of the Royal Police Force, the Attorney General's Office and its inherent objectives to uphold justice, fairness and equality under the Federal Constitution for each one of us.

HINDRAF is concerned that the UMNO-led government's continuous activities through its agents will undermine and erode the Rule of Law and Justice even further and lead it to a Police State for the peaceful Malaysian society. The UMNO-led government is accelerating its process of becoming a police state with constant arbitrary decisions against the public's will, by permitting human right violations, justified and rationalized by their spinmasters.

The late Kugan's case is just one example of the miscarriage of justice that prevails under the UMNO-led government. Are they the trying to sweep this under the carpet and put it to rest?

HINDRAF calls upon the public as we, the People Power take all necessary action and pressure our elected representatives in Parliament and the State assembly to uphold the Rule of Law, Justice and Democracy that is entrenched in our constitution to safeguard individual rights and the direction of the country for our future generations. We are not going to live and condone another cover up.

The misuse and abuse of power by the UMNO-led government have propelled to a "dangerous and alarming" level that it affects each and every Malaysian and it is high time we the public show our dissent and voice out our own actions collectively to save our nation from being a police state without any transparency and accountability, with incompetence administered by the elected representatives and their agents.

HINDRAF calls upon the Inspector General of Police and the Attorney General to stop playing politics and immediately order the arrests and prosecution of the Police murderers as Malaysians can no longer be duped. It makes a mockery of our justice system when petty and ordinary citizens are immediately arrested and put on the torture under remand orders but when it comes to the turn of the Police who are the obvious criminals, the whole justice system comes to their rescue and protects them. No doubt the Attorney General and the Inspector General of Police are insulting the confidence given to them by the Constitution and the Yang Dipertuan Agong.

Kugan name is written with blood on the walls and it will never be erased until all those who are responsible for his death be put on trail and if found guilty,be hanged until their tongue stick out like a elephant nose.

Kugan death is a debt the police owe us.We the rakyat will kira this with them when the next election comes ,like what we kira with umno in KT about the debt Ahmad Ismail owe the chinese by calling them 'squatters'.

Even if they don't want to charge those b8stards,we still treat them as guilty.

Shame to IGP, Syed Hamid and the malaysian gov't for openly practicing the persecution of the Indians.

Patience, Bro Waytha. Day of reckoning is drawing nearer and nearer.
Not only those responsible for Kugan's murder will be dealt with but also all those murders commited prior.Blessed Kugan's soul, for his death has awakened a lot more Malaysians and he shall be avenged.

That fat pig with the disfigured face Rosmah has instructed Bozo the clown Hamid and Malaysia's number 1 thug IGP Musa to drag Kugan's investigation so that everyone will focus on Kugan and forget about Altantuya. Malaysians are not that stupid and this, she will C4 herself soon.

in democratic countries suspicion of manhandling of prisoners is enough to suspend the concerned officers until a deciplinary commission clears them but no such thing in the 'Banana Republic of Bolehland'

I wonder if this is how the PDRM works? When the going is good, it's "I scratch your back, you scratch mine." When things turn sour, its, 'You stab my back, I'll stab yours." That's why nobody's talking! Too much at stake.

My dear Waytha Moothy, the world has been watching since day one; and the world is still watching Attantuya's soul floating in sorrow, still the world is watching as Bala has gone missing..when Kugan is murdered viciously, the world looks around and stares blankly in the air....sorry to say, the world just watches, it could no longer bear the tremendous weight of sins created by the devils!!!!

Dear Mr Waytha,

Your understandings appear to be skewed.

The control hierarchy in Malaysia is as follows -
mafia controls contaminated police, police controls incumbent politicians (who have committed crimes), politicians controls AG, ACA, judiciary.

When the status quo is above, you are directing your queries to the wrong body - why don't you have a discussion with the Mafia in Malaysia ?

You need to first get the control landscape correct - appealing to the body who is legislatively the authority is not helpful if that body is compromised, contaminated, or has succumbed to coercion.

I can understand why police murderers are not prosecuted yet, infact many pople know why police has to buy time to investigate. There is no investigation needed because most police personnel know who are the murderers. The problem is there are too many important people involve in this case and if one is charged, that person is going to disclose all.

In malaysia, the guilty one has to be protected because that person can link lots more people into trouble.I believe now the police is looking for "professional convicts" to claim responsibility for the murder. If BN can pay RM10 millions to PKR MP and state assembly man,I bet my two "ping pong" they will also pay RM10 millions each to those who are prepared to take up the offer.

Just wait for a little longer, there will be takers.Once agreement signed, these professional convicts will be charged and hang infront of PM Office at Putrajaya.

Dey, Bar Council! Sleeping aa? Or no political mileage in this? What is the Human Rights Commitee doing? Little wonder why Uthayakumar had lost confidence in the Bar Council.
