As the year comes to an end and as we prepare for the new year, let us as Malaysians, individually and collectively, thank God for all the blessings of the past year and for the gift of life.

Lets take a moment
To free ourselves from our daily preoccupation, cares and concerns
To break free from our hectic lifestyles and demands of life
To give ourselves the much needed space
To reflect, rejuvenate and renew ourselves
For the much needed rest of our mind, body and spirit.

Lets take a moment
To find hope and meaning to life
To find meaning to our existence
To search deep within our hearts
Beyond just passing by in life.

Lets take a moment
To look beyond ourselves
To look at people around us
Family, friends and loved ones
People whom we have forgotten
People who need us and are in despair.

Lets take a moment
To look at things around us
Situations that confront us
Events beyond our control
The changes that we want to see.

Such is the time and moment
To find ourselves again
To find God in all things
To rekindle our hearts
To fill our hearts and homes
With hope, peace, joy and love.

To give thanks to God
For His love and blessings
To share His love and blessings with others
To make a difference with our presence
To be His hope and shining light.

Blessed Christmas, everyone...
May this Christmas bring you and your family
God's love and joy,
Peace and harmony,
Gratitude and trust.
May the New Year be
All you want it to be.
May God bless you and yours
- Always and in all ways.

PEACE PRAYER by St Francis of Assisi

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy;

O, divine Master, grant that
I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Amen.

ahmadneil is in deep meditation,reflecting the years that have gone by,the good ,the bad ,the ugly friends that I have met in MT and along the way,the laugh and cry when RPK was been thrown into Kamunting by Syed Hamid,the explosion of joy when he is released,the defeat of seeing Razak Baginda been released,the pain of Shaariibuu Setv seeing her daughter C4 by those murderers........and so on and so forth
