KUALA LUMPUR (The Star): The High Court has set Feb 23, 2009 for the inter parte hearing of the application by lawyer Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah for a number of injunctions against Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Raja Kamarudin.

The inter parte hearing was to be heard on Friday.

Shafee was suing Raja Petra for posting three articles on Aug 6, 7 and 11 on the Malaysia Today website which he said defamed him.

On Aug 13, he obtained exparte injunctions ordering Raja Petra to remove the articles as well as all comments on the articles from the website, and reveal the identities of visitors to the website who left comments and messages following the publishing of the articles, among others.

This is the second time the inter parte hearing has been postponed. It was originally supposed to held on Sept 2.

siapa dalam golongan elit yang takut kepada ah fee ini tetap akan menjadi hamba dia ...... ah ..itulah modal ah fee selama ini untuk bergaya dan menentukan kes-kes terbayar ....
jadi siapa yang bodoh .... golongan elit yang tamak sendirilah .
kini takut mati ..rakyat yang dibebankan dengan kisah bollywood ala Malaysia ...
kalau takut mati , jangan hidup bergaya tanpa Allah , tau.
bersembunyi di selimut manusia tidak akan bererti Allah tidak nampak.
lagi lama berselindung , lagi berat hukuman Allah nanti.
kini , perbuatan kamu semua telah menjadi ah fee ini sebagai raksasa ganas dan zalim hingga dia boleh menentukan hukuman terhadap rakyat.
