Posting blog ini sebelum ini menulis sekitar fatwa mengenai pengkid. Oleh kerana fatwa mengenai Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri (ISA) lebih diperlukan, saya menghantar pertanyaan mengenai hukum penahanan tanpa bicara kepada Setiausaha Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan yang juga Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (Jakim), Datuk Wan Mohamad Sheikh Abdul Aziz. Sambil itu, saya berterima kasih kepada Menteri Luar, Datuk Seri Dr. Rais Yatim yang tidak meneruskan perbuatan menipu orang-orang Melayu seperti yang dilakukan oleh sesetengah pihak, termasuk para pemimpin Umno, seolah-olah ketuanan Melayu memang benar-benar wujud.

Utusan Online hari ini melaporkan, Rais yang juga ahli Majlis Tertinggi Umno mengingatkan orang Melayu bahawa mereka tidak boleh terlalu bergantung kepada konsep ketuanan kerana ia lebih merupakan perasaan atau ego politik yang tidak disokong oleh kekuatan dalam perjuangan atau peruntukan Perlembagaan negara.

Tomorrow, when any muslim women goes for a jog or morning walk in their neighborhood, "Please Do Not Jog Or Walk in Shorts, Make sure you are covered with the Tudung with longs, COVERED from Head-to-Toe and DON'T do any YOGA Stance or Exercise to that extent that your fingernail even, is EXPOSED"

That's Great, Malaysia is Bolehland LEadING the way for other Muslim countries.
I think they want to be recognized as a TERRORIST Country where you cover-up and don't get identified even if you are present in a Candle-light Vigil!

cara melayu umno mengawal semua melayu dalam Malaysia yang lain agar bertunduk kepada arahan umno sahaja.
anehnya, mereka tidak mengikut segala yang dilaksanakan dalam hal ehwal Islam kerana mereka kini sudah jadi Tuhan kepada bangsa melayu Malaysia.

Someone commented that fatwa is issued against something not mentioned in the syariah laws.

I thought that jail without trial is already an injustice in the Muslim world. Is amazing how UMNO had used Islam to their benefit even to the extent of controlling the voice of ulamas,Jakim, etc.

Let's wait for a reply from Jakim. Somehow I got an eerie feeling that they will decide in the favour of UMNO without even explaining their decision.

Agama2 lain seperti HIndu, Buddha, Singh dan Christian perlu juga keluarkan Decree atau fatwa secara terbuka terhadap
1. zina
2. minum arak
3. ISA
4. rasuah
5. penkid
6. gay
7. lesbian
8. rempit/ racer
etc

Non-Islam Council shall sit together and shed some lights to all. Dont just point the finger by doing nothing and pretending nothing has happened. Like what YB Jeff Ooi likes to quote " Amar makruf, Nahi Mungkar"

This is the most important Fatwa that needs to be exhausively determined and announced as it is clearly against Islam.

To avoid proclaiming a Fatwa on this issue is to avoid the most important basic responsibility of safeguarding the correctness of practice of Islam by the religious body.

This will indicate the real independence and true religious commitment of the body in exercising its judgement without fear or favour in the interest of Islam!

If it refuses to make such a proclaimation, they must articulate and justify their actions - otherwise, they will be perceived as merely tools of the government!
