We won.

Decision handed down today by Syed Helmy J. Habeas corpus granted, RPK to be released forthwith. He is to be produced before the Shah Alam High Court by 4 pm today to allow the Court to direct the release.

Credit to the Judge, who was fair and judicious in his approach (he disagreed with our argument that section 8 is unconstitutional), the team of lawyers who put their heart and soul into the hearing and our opponents, Tuan Wahab and Tuan Dusuki, who were professional in their outlook and approach.

Congratulations and thank you Malik and Azhar. Your work is praiseworthy as it is exemplary. Indeed you have fought the good fight and my professional respects to you for doing that.

Because of your hard work and dedication to the cause of freedom, we all live a little more free and breathe a little more hope. To all those who walked the talk - there is still is a long road ahead and we must rally up with courage in the face of evil, fortitude in the face of injustice and collected calm in the face of unjust force.

One day we may look back upon the dedication of Malik and Azhar to sum up the will of the people to be free from tyranny. Stay the Course!

One day we may live free and see our children prosper and remember that it was upon the back of thousands and thousands of citizens who mobilized for the cause of freedom. Stay the Course!

For one day, we may look back upon this day and say that this was the beginning of the end of tyranny. Stay the Course!

We may have won a battle, but the War is not over, the present government is not fit to rule the country, there must be 'Change' of the government, to enable the Abolishment of ISA!!!We have to work hard to reach the destination!!!
