If RPK's SD and Bala's 1st SD crossed-examined & accepted as admissible legally bidding evidences, many more 'involved' will get their big headaches. Secondly, both RPK's SD & Bala's 1st SD , may create the 'evidential GAPs' as "beyond a reasonable doubt" to get both UTKs their discharged and acquittals as well. I see their probable & possible acquittals only, if both tell the 'TRUTHS' as 'who actually instructed them' to behave and acted in the manner they did to aid the 'processes' that led to the final outcome as specified in the Charge sheets. Or did both UTKs voluntarily acted outside their " Rule of Engagements" and outside their " chain of command " ? In layman terms, it is called they misunderstood 'oral instructions' to mean something else ! These can also create some small 'DOUBTS' more than enough to get their acquittals ?

" Beyond Reasonable Doubts " and " evidential GAPs "have set defendants free in many past cases. Do not get shocked if it does happened again. Also please Remember to campaign to " RELEASE RPK, and all ISA detainees. ABOLISH ISA NOW! " . Do not get distracted negative decisions. Let's continue to Fast and Pray for Wisdom, Peace and Tranquility to prevail.

these are murder suspects, yet they were not handcuffed.
our dear Raja Petra Kamaruddin is not a criminal nor a suspect, yet they handcuffed him!

tell you what, these two accused will be released after this trial, and returned to society ... business as usual. hence their faces are covered to prevent the public from recognising them after the trial. yes, they will both be found innocent. no prizes for guessing the outcome right.

Please ask the govt to explain what is the scope of the UTK OPERATIONS. WHY DO THEY HAVE C4, UNDER WHAT SCOPE OF THEIR DUTIES SHOULD THEY HAVE HIGH EXPLOSIVES, ISN'T THEIR DUTIES SIMMILAR TO THE AMERICAN SECRET SERVICE, WHERE BY THEY ARE TASKED TO PROTECT THE LIVES OF THE GOVT.
