The ruling party is fighting for survival and any threats whether real or perceived will be dealt with by using the most convenient tool the ISA. The fact that MCA and Gerakan who were initially very vocal about it but did not vote for the review of ISA shows that they are in cahoot with the govt. It proves that the GOVT is very unwilling to review the ISA.
The govt is not only bankrupt of ideas but also morally bankrupt and not fit to rule Malaysia.

Ahead of the Barisan Nasional Supreme Council meeting today, Gerakan Youth and Wanita have called for the sacking of Datuk Ahmad Ismail from Umno and for his arrest under the Internal Security Act for inciting racial sentiments. Ahmad, who is Bukit Bendera Umno division chief, recently came under attack for making controversial remarks about the Chinese community.

How to trust these guys to lead us? Forget about them, don't rely on them to help the petition. Even if they are really asking for the repeal of ISA, they just do not have the balls to do it when the talk is over, and the time for action is here.

Actually all these are nothing new with the MCA, MIC and Gerakan (just like UMNO). In their recent party elections, they talk of listening to the people and speaking up for the people. That MCA,Gerakan and the other smaller BN component parties did not support the call is no surprise.It only shows their true self when it comes to the crunch.It has been proven again and again that they are incapable of doing anything when they have to face the potential fury of their big brother. After all, their BN family blood is thicker than water.Their self interest will always be decisive when weigh against that of the people they purportedly represents.

So do not ever hope that they will change, not if UMNO doesn't.No one should place their hopes and aspirations that they will. Nothing but disappointment for those who do.

Gerakan and MCA consist of people who are treating their parties as a place to "cari makan".If they can be ministers,that's will be the best,however if they can't then some sub-contracts or "left over" are okay.These people have no principle and their sole objective is to derive some money from the parties they join.They are opportunists and nothing else.

It is therefore understandable why no MPs from MCA and Gerakan signed the petition to review the ISA.They are not concerned about who are being held under ISA as long as their wives,parents and siblings are not involved.These are people we have voted to represent us.These MPs do not represent us,they only represent themselves.Can we count on them,ofcourse not !

I am a Chinese and sad to say till today I never will give my support to MCA or Gerakan or to join them because all these parties do not have the balls, they are like enunch. They do not preach what they said and their policies are inconsistent and kowtow to the UMNOputras for their personal interest.
