Hey we are going to get a new PM!

How does it go about in Malaysia?  Transitional Plan!

Normination by UMNO Divisions!

Elected during UMNO General Assembly (Postponed so many time!  I wonder whether they have breached the ROS act?)

Yes, yes, UMNO is the big-brother of BN, so why not this way?

However, leadership, even of a small group of people is not a result of appointment by a limited number of people with some stranglehold on power!  Unfortunately in Malaysia, government leadership is usually of this kind.  Like a "God-given" right!

"Good leaders are made not born" - so if you are the son of an ex-PM it does not mean you become a PM.

A good leader must be trustworthy!  Oh, oh!  All the latest gossips! A dead foreign woman, helicopter scandals!

A good leader must be transparent to inspire trust and confidence.  Oops!  OSA, ISA all to keep people quiet!

A leader must introduce change!  Ha!  51 years of stagnation, isn't it a proof that our leaders are rather static?  Of course they will beg to differ.  Look at the progress, they will say!  Look at the Petronas Twin Towers!  Isn't it the tallest in the world, oops, no their status changed!  Now it is maybe the 3rd tallest!

A leader inspire people to speak up and listen to them!  Until Adullah came along, who would be allowed to speak up?  They would say, "Look how successful the fellow before Adullah was with his gag policy!"  "So why listen to the masses, they know nothing but to cause trouble!"

A true leader is accepted by all.  No way a BN man can now claim that!  Well, the system will still let him be the leader with a simple majority of the people accepting him.  That is why the government is not as efficient as a business organisation!

So dear next leader, take time to reflect!

From day one our supposed next leader failed the test. A person rigged with controversies and scandals is unfit to be called a leader in the first place let alone lead a nation. BTW if we want to choose a leader from UMNO I don't think we can find one. The party is barren. There are only robbers and thieves left. People the like of Ku Li could not make to the top. That's how UMNO operates.

All I know is that crooks want crooks for their leader! so if a party has many crooks as their members its obvious that you will have crooks as their leader!
So if rakyat wants a righteous person to be their leader, they better elect a party that has many righteous members! Otherwise don't expect a righteous leader for country!

Since the BN is now the gomen, its leader of BN will be the PM of the country. But.... hold on, not necessary so. The PM of the country must be elected from among all the members of all the component parties. This means PM is not necessary come from the leader of the biggest party. PM must be from BN members as a whole and not independently by the component parties. Take the case of china for instance. Its PM does not come frpm the leader of the communist party.

The PM in Malaysia is elected only by the UMNO members who only make up less than 15% of the population. This is democracy in the Bolehland of political and race supremacy and they always tell you that they have the support of the "majority of the rakyat"!
