Kenyataan Teresa Kok yang menyamakan makanan di dalam tahanan adalah “worse…maybe similar to dog food” adalah sangat tepat. Jika anda tidak pernah menjadi tahanan ataupun masuk lokap, anda boleh kutuk Teresa Kok.

KOs untuk makanan tahanan sehari ialah RM4.50 sahaja untuk 3 kali makan - sarapan pagi, makan tengah hari dan juga makan malam. Makan pagi ialah roti kering ataupun biskut keping kering dengan air teh susu tawar. Makan tengah hari ialah nasi hancur dengan sayur secubit dan daging / ikan / ayam secubit.

Roti pagi memang roti kering. Anda tidak boleh menjumpai jenama tersebut walaupun di kedai kopi di dalam kampung. Ianya memang roti dari jenama paling murah. Air pula ialah teh susu tawar yang hanya menggunakan seuncang teh dan setin susu manis untuk 40 orang tahanan.

Nasi pula ialah dari beras hancur. Beras ini direbus dan ianya bukan masa sempurna. Ianya sekadar merebus beras supaya ianya dipanggil “nasi” dan bukan dipanggil “beras”. Janji lembut dan boleh telan. Ianya adalah beras hancur, nasi hancur. Ianya bukan Beras Herba Poney Taj Mahal ataupun beras Faiza Emas Super Special Tempatan. Ianya adalah beras yang direject oleh BErnas dan dibungkus kembali untuk diberi makan kepada orang tahanan dan juga pendatang tanpa izin. Beras yang sempurna dijadikan beras berjenama, beras yang hancur bukannya dibuang ataupun dijadikan bedak sejuk, tetapi ianya masih mempunyai nilai walaupun sangat rendah.

Makanan di lokap berbeza dengan makanan di penjara. Kalau anda masuk penjara dan anda nak makan best, keluarga anda perlu membayar RM4.50 sehari kepada penjara. DAn makanan anda adalah berhidang dengan lauk penuh dan jus oren setiap kali waktu makan dan ianya berhidang dengan pelayan. Itulah makanan untuk Razak Baginda dan kawan2 dia. Saya tahu mengenai fakta ini setelah rakan yang dimasukkan dalam lokap bersama saya pernah tinggal di penjara sungai Buloh dan kenal Razak Baginda semua tu..

Makanan di dalam penjara disediakan oleh pihak penjara. Ada bahagian khas yang ditugasakan memasak di dapur penjara. Makanan dalam lokap tidak disediakan oleh Balai POlis tapi mereka bayar kepada pihak luar. PIhak luar hanya terima RM4.50 untuk supply tiga meals setiap hari. Itu kalau betul betul pihak polis bagi RM4.50 kepada mereka. Bayangkan Polis hanya bayar RM4.00 sahaja kepada supplier. Bayangkan lah! Secara purata RM1.00 untuk breakfast, RM1.75 untuk lunch dan RM1.75 untuk dinner. Seketul ayam dijual pada harga RM2.50 di kedai makan biasa. SO apa makanan yang tahanan boleh makan?

Letakkan diri anda sebagai pembekal makanan. Anda dibayar RM1.75 untuk menyediakan makanan tengah malam yang terdiri dari nasi, lauk, sayur dan air. Hanya RM1.75! Kalau kita bukak puasa di Lemon Garden Cafe di Shangri La Kuala Lumpur, kita perlu bayar RM108 (atau RM124.20 nett) juga untuk makan nasi, lauk, sayur dan air (secara buffet). Samaada RM1.75 ataupun RM124.20, tujuan makanan disediakan adalah supaya kenyang. That’s all.

Jadi, kalau anda adalah pembekal makanan, apakah makanan yang anda akan hidangkan untuk nasi, lauk, sayur dan air pada kos RM1.75?

Jawapan: Makanan setaraf makanan anjing. Daging ayam cincang kecil, dipotong dua akan menjadi dua ketul. I mean, kalau satu paha ayam dipanggil satu ketul ayam, satu paha ayam yang dipotong 5 akan dipanggil 5 ketul ayam. Teresa dihidangkan dua ketul ayam. Saya pun pernah dapat 2 ketul ayam. BUkannya satu ketul paha dan satu ketul dada macam Snack Plate KFC tapi dua ketul kecil.

Tidak ada alasan untuk supplier makanan tersebut untuk menolak troli mencari bahan mentah di dalam Tesco Extra. Mereka mendapatkan sayur rosak di pasar, ayam yang dah tidak segar dan sebagainya. Semua mereka nak untung. Kalau beli sawi RM1 sekilo yang segar, baik amik je sawi buangan yang dah kecut tu. Segar2 pun, masuk kuali kecut jugak.

Bukannya tahanan nak complaint kepada polis bertugas pun kalau sayur kecut. Polis tersebut sure lempang tahanan tersebut tanpa fikir panjang. Dah memang macam tu cara hidup tahanan dalam lokap.

Ianya memang makanan tidak sedap. Makanan anjing memang tidak sedap. Kalau sedap kita sure habiskan.

Kalau masak ayam kurma, kita perlu letak tulis bawang, kemudian rempah kurma, masukkan kentang dan juga santan secukupnya. Di lokap, makanan tiada kentang, tiada bawang. Ayam masak kurma yang dimasak dengan sedikit rempah kurma dan sedikit santan tetap akan dipanggil ayam masak kurma. Cuma kalau anda buka kedai makan dengan resepi macam itu, maka kedai anda akan ditutup dalam masa 2 minggu.

Kalau korang makan di kedai makan dan diberi makanan seperti itu, anda akan kata: Makanan anjing lagi best. Kalau orang gaji kita masak macam tu pun, kita akan kata: Makanan anjing lagi best. Trust me.

Kalau ikan kembung, ianya bukan ikan kembung segar. Ianya adalah ikan kembung yang dah rosak. Yang peminta sedekah yang malas berusaha, boleh la makan. Kalau orang miskin yang kemudian berusaha, sure mereka pun taknak beli ikan kembung rosak kan? Pembekal makanan, bukannya mereka berebut pergi ke jeti di Tok Bali untuk amik ikan segar. Mereka bukannya ke pasar untuk beli ikan kembung pada harga RM7 sekilo tapi pada harga “Bang, beli ikan bang. Dah nak tutup ni. Amik la ikan kembung ni.. 5 kilo RM10.. dah nak abih dah ni….”. Yezza, ikan kembung yang lama. Yang mata merah menyala, yang kulit kering kontang.

Lokap memang direka supaya tahanan “insaf” dan menyatakan: Ini adalah kali pertama dan kali terakhir aku masuk lokap. Kalaulah makanan dalam lokap itu sedap, ataupun lebih sedap dari restoran, ramai yang tak kisah masuk lokap. Tapi tujuan lokap supaya kita insaf, maka makanan teruk akan dihidangkan. Itu dinamakan psychology.

Apa yang Teresa cuba sampaikan ialah mutu makanan. OK. Korang pergi amik beras, hancurkan beras tersebut dan masak untuk dijadikan nasi. Make sure nasik tu bukan masa betul2, tapi sekadar dipanggil “nasik” dan bukannya “beras”. Kemudian ambik satu paha ayam, potong 5, then masak kurma tanpa kentang dan bawang then santan skit je, lepas tu korang amik dua ketul je dari 5 ketul tu. Kemudian buat sikit sup sayur dengan sayur yang dah sangat layu. Then buat air teh dari 1gram serbuk teh dan satu sudu kecil susu manis. Itulah mutu makanan dalam lokap.

Lupakan about cendol, nasi kerabu, ayam madu dan sebagainya. Ianya adalah benda yang mustahil untuk dihidangkan dalam lokap. Manusia seperti Teresa Kok, yang sejak kecil berpandangan jauh, yang sejak kecil belajar seterus berjaya, mengubah kehidupan dia dari miskin kepada kaya, seterusnya sentiasa berfikiran tentang masa depan. Dia telah mengecapi kejayaan, kemewahan hidup tetapi tetiba ditahan dan diberi makanan yang dia tak nak makan. Macam saya sekalipun, kalau saya boleh makan akan yang Teresa dihidangkan, baik la kami tak yah belajar, tak yah bekerja.. Tapi sebab kita mahu diri kita makan mewah, bukak puasa buffet, kambing golek, sushi.. bukannya nak kata kita menunjuk tapi kita setaraf. Aku dilahirkan tanpa pengetahuan, tanpa pelajaran, cuma kami berusaha dan kami dapat. Winners make things happen, Losers let things happen. THats all.

Memang ramai insan-insan dan juga rakyat Malaysia yang hidup kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang amat terhiris dengan kata-kata Teresa Kok. Ini kerana kebanyakan menu harian mereka lebih teruk dari itu. Ini umpama menyatakan bahawa mereka ini lebih hina daripada anjing. Tapi mereka tetap hidup macam tu. Taknak berubah. Mereka menganggap kata - kata Teresa Kok sebagai hinaan dan bukannya kata - kata semangat.

Sudu garfu memang diharamkan terus di lokap. Malah di penjara pun sudu garfu diharamkan. In fact, semua benda yang boleh menjadi senjata adalah diharamkan. Berus gigi akan dipatahkan. Berus gigi akan tinggal kepala sahaja. Trust me. Aku pernah masuk lokap.

Tak perlu la kita bgtau bahawa Teresa Kok tak bersyukur or what-so-ever. Stop it. Tak perlu cakap bahawa Teresa Kok perlu bersyukur, perlu tengok rancangan BERSAMAMU dan sebagainya. Rancangan BERSAMAMU itu ialah rancangan untuk membuka pekung. Bangga dengan orang miskin. Bangga dengan orang yang tak mahu berubah ke arah kebaikkan. Trust me, kalau pelakon BERSAMAMU tu sejak kecil belajar dan berusaha, dia boleh jadi Kaya.

Salah sebenarnya orang yang tidak masuk lokap dan menjadi tahanan untuk berbicara pasal mutu makanan dalam lokap. Tapi wan telah diberi peluang untuk merasai kesedapan makanan lokap. Bayangkan, saya hilang 4 kilo sepanjang 6 hari di lokap. Dan jika anda perlu tahu, kos makanan makan tengah hari pada hari pertama keluar lokap pada 10 Ogos lepas ialah RM14.00 dan saya makan nasi campur di kedai biasa! Tanya my little brother. So which egg will the police have to take a statement from now in order to prepare a charge against Teresa Kok? If you go to any police station to lodge a report, i.e. traffic accident, they will send you here, there and everywhere. UMNO Youth turn up in hords to lodge a police report pertaining to an egg and the Police go into overdrive.

I went to my kitchen earlier. opened the fridge & apologize to all the eggs for any wrong doing i may have done to them. I beg them not to report to the police n detain me under ISA. Guess what?!...despite my continuous pleading...those arrogant bastards(resembling our those AMMO goons) TOTALLY ignore me n gave me a silent treatment. I said to myself.....what a dick!!! And i think telepathically, they heard me!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm so worried, in fact, petrified, that the police with balaclava may storm into my house later tonight and do a Section 8(1) on me.

If you all don't hear from me tomorrow...please come for me as I may not survive them coming into my cell every 3 hours rehabilitating me on insulting those eggs.

Those actions, which defy logic, that will even baffles academia & historian 1000 years later on, will eventually wear me down.
