He is not guilty of any charges so why detain him.ABC Australia called this detention a breach of human rights. All those detained under ISA has tainted the gov't.

Why so long???? Making sure there is further damage is it? Release him, please. He is a great man, fighting for justice and exposing the corrupt without fear and favor. Release him. Malaysia needs him.

As those of us who have voted the PR in the hopes of a new Malaysia rejoiced in the release of Tan and Teresa Kok, doubtless our thoughts and prayers turn to RPK.
It looks like the courts now will have to be the saviour of what is fair and just as the UMNOputras look set on keeping RPK under the ISA.
I supposed, that's how they get back at him for releasing all the information that have out them in bad light.
We have a brave soul handling Anwar's sodomee case , and I have no doubt there are as yet many courageous souls in our judiciary.
I can only pray RPK's case will be handled by such a brave soul.!!

No matter how desperate BN Govt wish to curb the movement of maybe outspoken opposition member, it shouldnt use ISA. Its amounting to blatant curbing freedom of speech in a democratic country.

Release Raja Petra NOW, you Pariahs in Barisan NAJIS ! The RAKYAT will never forgive you if anything bad befalls our beloved RPK ! And i believe RPK may be a thorn in your side, Barisan NAJIS with all the TRUTH he publishes about you, but if he is not with us any more, you can bet that he will remain in our hearts & psyche and will be on every poster and publication everywhere as The MARTYR of Malaysia, and that will be far worse for Barisan NAJIS than just a thorn in the side.

So releasing him NOW in good health is the best option for you or I swear, I shall run you DOGS out of this country !

ISA 1960(1972) was formulated to detained "terrorist" only. They forgot to renamed it as 'Anti-Terrorist Act' to fit its interpretation. RPK is a Patriot and a humble Malaysian Malaysia. RPK 's detention violate section 2 of ISA . Parallelly RPK detention is also Ultra Vires the Federal Constitution. Do not waste time challenging section 8 of ISA for Ministerial powers. Syabas and My salute to all Peacemakers.

The ISA was meant for terrorist and communists. Doesn't mean that you have used it for something else before, you can do the same thing again. Two wrongs don't make one right. The govt. is guilty of abuse of power. Release RPK.
