Entrapment in Perak and relation to Permatang Pauh

It seems the BPR is now serving the interest of UMNOPUTRA.

I'd like to share some information I received with regards to the two Perak Executive Councilors recently arrested by the Badan Pencegah Rasuah (BPR). The Perak BPR claims that they are caught in the act. Apparently, only one exco was "caught" in the act, while Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi (PKR-Behrang) surrendered himself to the BPR to assist in investiogation.

What I've heard is that the two PKR exco's was framed. Apparently, Mohd Osman Mohd Jailu (PKR-Changkat Jering) met a guy in a restaurant and the guy carried with him a suitcase. Suddenly, after two minutes of meeting, the BPR came and arrested them. He didn't know that the bag carried by the man he was meeting contained money.

But BPR prefers to call this as something "caught in the act".

Aparrently, both Osman and Jamaluddin had already refused offers up to RM30millions before. What is a RM100k to them? Later in this article I will explain why the offer is so ridiculous.

Furthermore, what is the normal practice in UMNO is that money is never given directly to the bribe acceptor. It's either deposited into an account or have their credit card paid or have their assistant collect the money. The way the entire thing is done only show that it is a set up.

Entrapment is only permitted by law on 'real & actual compliant'. Fix-up by "tajol rosli membawa ezam", "Fairuz Azrim adalah informer kepada Imran" is very legally incorrect.

So the only evident available is the "RM5000 green substance marked notes" given to Usaili for Permatang Pauh by election donation . Very sad way to see BPR is doing thing like this.

She is honest at least , "Sebenarnya, Pegawai Penyiasat BPR (seorang wanita) telah menarik diri dari terlibat dari kes ini!"

The investigating officer was only appointed during the charge in court. BPR said this is normal for unexpected cases where the culprits are unexpectedly caught.

But read malaysianinsider today, ACA D-G said investigations had been ongoing for 3 months.

So how? Caught with a lie?

Not only IPCMC need to be implimented asap the moment Pakatan take power, top officer from ocpd upward should be suspended immediately,British or United nation police officers take over the daily running of Malaysia polis force, the entire polis force have to gone through a thorough re-education to serve the rakyat.

If, during the arrest, they were not handling or have the brief case of money in their possession, then there is no case. If these two guys were indeed have that brief case in their possession, then they are guilty as charged.

Why is that BPR is so fast in arresting PKR exco members, when the entire BN cabinet is corrupted and no action taken against them. AP issue, the Telekom Share issue, the Russia submarine issue etc etc etc need to be addressed!

BPR truly is a protector of BN!

Can the related Officers from BPR who conspire without DG knowledge, their informers and their agent provocatoeurs be charged under Penal Code 167 ?

All evidences are there for a case file to be open !

For Police to charge BPR ,informers etc ? Like day dreams only.

ganbing, yes that's what I heard and read too. So, if these two guys did not touch the brief case and so no finger prints, how can it be proven that it belongs to them? Unless, of course, these guys were forced to handle the brief case. Then, mati lah!

to catch a thief, you must have evidence. challenge the ACA to dust print the suitcase and notes and make comparison. to convict a person , both giver and acceptor must be blamed but how is ACA to tango without the other partner.

so there is a no case. UMNO goons are really getting dumb, dumber and most dumbest human in this universal. make a police report on these ACA dumbs for false arrest and intimidation. En. Mohd Osman have done a very correct action that is refusing to open the briefcase(planted evidence), if his finger prints are on the suitcase, then he is goner.

I salute you, En. Mohd Osman...you will lead us to a new era. Your boss is glasnost, so do Pakatan Rakyat. Malaysia for Malaysians.

Our ACA has been a joke in our check and balance system. So far to date we hear of quite some "higher" profile arrests on bribery charges....BUT was anyone ( of high position) really been charged in court and put to jail so far ?Its all for SHOW la.

steviewonger, I was just thinking of the same thing. Can the ACA produce the giver in court? It's not enough to just leave the money there and catch somebody for corruption.

The party who has the motivation to give can only be the developer of this so-called project. If the case is fabricated, can the ACA make him tango in court?

If UMNO wants to play dirty, then let the game begin! PKR should put a brief case next to, very preferably, the PM or DPM and then accuse them of accepting bribe. Same senario! Then let the ACA sort out the truth.

according to the MSM, the development is in Bandar Sri Iskandar, a dead-beat town between Ipoh and Sitiawan - my hometown. Last visit to Sri Iskandar was two months ago. It is still a dead-beat place. Houses there are not selling - demand is way below supply. It just dont make sense to bribe to expediate approval process. And why are they bribing the wrong excos? Itu developer tarak baca punya orang ka?
